PARADISE is found at Crazy Bear Lodge!

You will absolutely love this Spectacular Cabin.....Peaceful, Serene & Beautiful, a true getaway from it all! This is a unique secluded property sitting on over 2.5 acres of trees & meadow, outdoor Fire Pit & Horseshoe Pit. It is nestled off a quiet, picturesque street with no thru traffic. This section of town is the prime location, located between Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg & The Smoky Mountains. A great place for wonderful family memories!

The setting here is so Beautiful......You can take it all in on the extra large wraparound deck, which is half covered, so you can enjoy the surroundings year round. The covered deck is especially nice if you get a little Tennessee rain! There are plenty of comfortable high quality outdoor chairs to relax on & a gas grill to BBQ your favorite meals. Head around to the back of the deck to enjoy a relaxing dip in the Hot Tub.

And don’t forget the S'mores & family fun at the Cozy Wood Burning Fire Pit with plenty of seating for great conversations and fun! Some of the best memories are made around a Fire Pit. (Let us know if you would like us to leave you a complimentary S'mores kit)

If you are looking for a true escape to the Mountains with all the comforts of home where you can make lasting memories, then look no further than Crazy Bear Lodge. You will have an Unforgettable & Relaxing Smoky Mountain experience that you will never forget!

This charming 2000 sq ft Mountain Cabin has 3 bedrooms (3 King Beds), 3 bathrooms, and a fun Game Room. The main level is warm and inviting. There is Family Room with a gas burning fireplace, a large comfortable couch and 70" Smart TV. A DVD player and a variety of DVD movies are available for your enjoyment. The Kitchen & Dining area is open concept with everything you need to prepare meals. In the morning enjoy a coffee from the complimentary Coffee Bar. Also on the main level is a bedroom with a King bed and 40" Smart TV & a full bathroom. The cabin is equipped with Dish Network full channel package on all TVs and high speed wireless internet throughout the cabin. And we always have card games, board games & poker chips for some extra fun!

The upstairs loft is very spacious with a King bed, a 40" Smart TV and twin bunk beds. There is a full bathroom in the loft as well. The loft has its own large private covered deck with 2 Adirondack chairs to enjoy the amazing surroundings!

Head down to the charming walkout basement to find a unique game room with a Pool Table & a Whiskey Barrel Video Game Console with 60 vintage games to choose for 1 or 2 players. So much fun!
There is also an additional lounging area with a couch, big comfy chair, a 50" Smart TV & a cozy gas burning fireplace. Downstairs you will also find a bedroom with a comfy King bed (pictures do not show updated King Bed) and a full bathroom. There is additional outside seating on the lower level.

Horsehoe Pit Fun.....You can now enjoy a classic game of horseshoe in our new Outdoor Horseshoe Pit. Our horseshoe pit offers a fun game for everyone. This standard pit features two stakes, 40 feet apart, nestled within a pit. You will have ample space for throwing & designed for safe & fair play. A great family game for all ages. (We do supply horseshoes if you reach out and let us know. We will then make sure they are left out for your use during your stay)

You will find plenty of driveway parking at Crazy Bear Lodge. All paved roads and there are no steep roads to get to this cabin and only 7 miles to Dollywood & 7 miles to Gatlinburg. A 15 minute drive to both The Island at Pigeon Forge & Dollywood. Let me know if you would like exact milage to a specific location.

Darrin and Michelle were wonderful hosts. The cabin was even better than the pictures! The hot tub was amazing - especially after a day full of soccer. There were so many details included that other places miss - a giant makeup mirror, makeup remover wipes (which I forgot to pack!), shampoos and soap (which we had, but in case you forget something). Little touches of being welcomed - smore making supplies/hot chocolate/a welcome basket of snacks. I can't even name everything. We would love to come back again when we have more time to enjoy the cabin. However, my teenage boys haven't been off of their phones as much as they were at the cabin. Thanks for everything Darrin and Michelle! It was a perfect weekend stay, and we can't wait to be back!

This cabin was absolutely amazing! They had it stocked with delicious snacks, smores kit, coffee, tea and hot chocolate! Stacked with plenty of cookware that was in top condition. Also an abundance of board games for the whole family. We truly enjoyed our stay. Not one complaint! This is the best cabin we have ever stayed at!

We stayed over Christmas, hosts had hung stockings for the kids, stockpiled snacks and prepared a fire outside for s’mores. It was too warm for a fire but we enjoyed the beautiful wrap around porch each evening and morning. Beautiful area. So much to do on the property, lots of family games, a full game room and outdoor activities too! We all had a blast!!

My family and I always have the best experience staying here. Darrin and Michelle make you feel at home every time. The cabin is very clean ians equipped with any and everything you may need. Any questions or concerns, Darrin is very quick to respond and to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. Location is perfect. Not too far away but far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. Definitely will stay here again.

The cabin and property was amazing. Our family all agreed it was one of our favorite vacations in a long while and this was mostly due to the cabin and host. Darrin, the host, was very attentive and thoughtful. Before we arrived I had asked him about firewood for the fire pit and horseshoes for the ring pit. When we arrived, Darrin had already gathered some firewood and had placed it in the pit for us. There was a set of horseshoes he had dropped off by the door. The cabin was clean, well stocked and everything worked as it should. During our stay, Darrin checked in on us to make sure we were pleased and he gave tips on local restaurants near us.I could go on with my review, but I now see why this property and host have such high ratings.

The cabin was just as it appeared online. It was very clean and with all the trees surrounding it, provided a sense of seclusion. The parking area was level and had easy access for anyone with mobility issues. They had everything you would need if you wanted to cook while on vacation and had wonderful seating options on the deck. Would definitely recommend.

A beautiful property with many fun amenities including the hot tub, the pool table, the fire pit with a s'mores kit and a beautiful wrap around deck with many options for sitting outside to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The house is set up well for teens/kids and adults with a loft, main level and downstairs. It's very clean and easy to access. Everything was easy and accessible. We can't wait to return for a longer trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Crazy Bear. The surroundings were beautiful, secluded, quiet- yet so convenient to everything. The cabin was just as it appears in the pictures- spacious, with well equipped kitchen, nice bathrooms, tastefully decorated, plenty of seating, indoor & outdoor activities including a great hot tub on deck. It was extremely clean & we appreciated the good quality towels & linens provided. The snack basket & s’mores kit were a sweet extra. We loved our stay at Crazy Bear Lodge! As the pictures show, the house is beautiful. What is more difficult to see, are all the small details. The house is decorated beautifully and it's super cozy. There are plenty of closets and thoughtfully placed hooks for clothes/jackets/bags, towels. There is a full bathroom on each floor with plenty of soft towels and great storage. For a rainy day (or just an indoor family day), there are tons of board games in addition to the pool table and retro video games. The owners have provided extra blankets and pillows for each bed as well as plenty of fans should you need them (there is central air and the temperature is very comfortable). The deck/porch has plenty of chairs and tables and about 85% of it is covered (which is great when it's raining!). The kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans, dishes, utensils and the refrigerator is a nice size. The owners are very responsive and have put so much thought into this home! You will love your stay here!

Renting from locals like Darrin and Michelle was truly the best decision we could’ve made. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that they had thought of absolutely everything to make our stay special. The cabin was spotless, cozy, and fully stocked—not just with the essentials, but with thoughtful extras that made a big difference.We were greeted with a generous snack basket and even a s’mores kit, which was such a fun surprise. There were games, books, and plenty of things to do, making it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. What really stood out, though, was the level of care Darrin and Michelle put into hosting. Darrin even gave us a call before our stay just to check if we needed extra towels—such a simple gesture, but it spoke volumes about how much they genuinely care about their guests.It’s no wonder they have perfect reviews. Every detail was just right, and their kindness and attentiveness made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommend this cabin—and these amazing hosts—to anyone looking for a peaceful, welcoming getaway.

We loved the cabin!!! The basement was perfect for the teens to hang out-pool table, TV and tons of family-friendly DVD movie options, chess and checker boards, arcade style video game, tons of card games and board games in the cabin- plenty of fun chill things to do at the cabin to keep you busy. It was a beautiful outdoor setting with the picnic table areas, firepit, and the horseshoe pit in the yard to play. Enjoyed the little paddle swing too. There was plenty of seating all around the home and on all 3 levels. Every room had a its own outside entrance and places to sit and enjoy the scenery. The cabin was clean, well stocked with plenty of towels etc and even beach towels, very organized, and lots of thoughtful supplies to just come right in and start having a good time with your family. I so appreciated the little touches of having coffee, hot chocolate, and smores supplies and the snack bucket when we arrived. They had a menu of a local pizza place which we already knew was a great place to eat and they also delivered to the cabin! The hot tub was amazing to enjoy at the end of the day. Overall fantastic cabin that made for a memorable and well enjoyed family trip. If we can get back we will definitely be booking here again!

Wonderful, Relaxing Property

My husband, son, and I absolutely loved this cabin. It is next to other cabins, however, it feels very secluded with plenty of outdoor space, including a fire pit, horseshoe pit, hammock, picnic table, and wrap around porch with ample seating and hot tub. While we took advantage of dining out on vacation and did not cook at the cabin, it was fully stocked with everything we would have needed if doing so. The cabin also had plenty to do inside - card and board games, arcade game, pool table, and movies. The owners were very responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, plus even offered dining suggestions for the area. We all appreciated the welcome basket of various snacks. Those were a great surprise! We cannot say enough positive about our stay and will return to this cabin. It is beautiful, very clean, and well stocked with everything a family would need for a relaxing vacation.

We enjoyed the fire pit every night. It was nice having a yard so the kids could run and play. The hot tub was so nice especially after a long day at Dollywood. The beds were super comfy. A Cabin That Has It All!!

We had the most wonderful stay at this cabin in Pigeon Forge, TN! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how beautifully decorated, clean, and thoughtfully designed everything was. The beds were incredibly comfortable with gorgeous bedding, and every bedroom had either an en suite bathroom or one just steps away—super convenient!The multi-level, wrap-around deck was a dream. Whether we were grilling on the gas BBQ, relaxing in the hot tub, or just enjoying the fresh mountain air on one of the many seating areas, we felt completely at peace.The kitchen had everything we needed, but it was the thoughtful extras that made this place truly special: a welcome spread with meat, cheese, and crackers, a snack basket, s’mores supplies, a great selection of DVDs, books, board games, and card games. There was even a pool table and a table-top video game that kept us entertained for hours.This cabin truly has something for everyone—there’s absolutely no way to be bored here. I’m already dreaming of coming back in the winter to cozy up and enjoy all the amenities again. Highly recommend!
