Big Bear Cabin

Big Bear is a newly furnished log cabin located on Bluff Mountain only a few miles from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, Tennessee.


Enter into the spacious, open layout concept featuring a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an island bar, a custom-built dining table with seating for six, a living room with large windows, cozy seating, 75" Flat Screens, and gas fireplaces. 

A few additions include a brand-new hot tub that can comfortably seat up to 7 guests. The hot tub is positioned on the back deck for added privacy. We've also added a reverse osmosis water filtration system that provides the cleanest and purest water for our guests.


There are two bedrooms on the first floor. One bedroom has a king-sized bed, electric fireplace, and bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower. The second bedroom highlights a king-sized bed, an electric fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. This bedroom shares a full bathroom with a separate shower. Both bedrooms have direct access to the outdoor deck that overlooks the sweeping open landscape of Tennessee.
 
The second floor boasts an oversized game room with a pool table, air hockey, foosball table, video arcade, 75" flat screen, and a gas fireplace. The deck off of the game room offers an incredible view of the mountainous valley and is also accessible from both bedrooms. 


There are two bedrooms on the second floor with vaulted ceilings and loft area, one bedroom includes two sets of bunk beds, an electric fireplace, a full bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower, and access to the outside deck. The second bedroom has a king bed, electric fireplace, flat-screen smart TV, a full bathroom with a jetted tub, and a shower.
 
Other property highlights include a private driveway, large front yard, outdoor entertainment area with a fire pit with family-style seating.

The cabin is beautiful, clean and we enjoyed the game room. The property needs some work on the outside, trash under deck including a toilet box, grass needs cutting. The drive getting to the cabin will unfortunately make us not book again. VERY steep hills and not much of a view. The driveway has a lot of over hang which rubs and scratches your car. I really wish the cabin could be picked up and moved some where else cause its absolutely an amazing cabin.

I have stayed in numerous cabins in the pigeon forge/sevierville/gatlinburg area and this was by far my favorite cabin. The location is very convenient to all of the touristy fun but sits on a private driveway with a gorgeous yard, and easy to use fire pit. Comfortable beds, amenities in working order, clean spaces, and easy communication with the host. This was a great stay!

Family vacation

We had a great time. Cabin is nice. Roads are a little crazy to get to cabin. Inside of cabin was spacious for our family. Yard desperately needs mowed. Couldn’t enjoy outside activities because grass and weeds are taller than grandchildren. Overall nice place and enjoyed the game room.

As soon as we arrive the cleaning crew was still there and was rude telling us they had just arrived and we needed to wait called the owner very quick response Overall nice place to stay bad roads to get there but that’s expected.Cabin was big enough for all ten of us to spread out.

Perfect Smoky Mountain Getaway

Our family of six, plus grandparents, had a fabulous week at Big Bear Cabin! There was plenty of room for us all. Separate living areas and the game room kept everyone entertained. We loved being close to all the activities, but enjoyed the privacy of the cabin and feeling a bit isolated. The roads were very manageable and directions were perfect. The owners were responsive to any questions or needs we ran into. Would definitely stay again!

A weekend of relaxation

We came to stay for my husbands 40th birthday with our two teen boys, my brother and sister in law and our three year old nephew. Everything about the stay was perfect. There was something on the property for everyone to enjoy. We really appreciated the tiny little fire pit chair that was out for our little nephew! We spent every night relaxing bundled up as a family by the fire enjoying drinks, s’mores and plenty of laughs and love shared. The bedrooms were great and for us all so comfortably. We 100% will stay here again! Thank you for having us. It was a weekend we will never forget.

Family Reunion

Drew was super helpful and responded to all our questions right away. The Cabin is lovely, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed out stay. We only had one concern with the dryer making horrible squeaking noises. That should be looked into. Other than that one minor issue I highly recommend this VRBO.

Great cabin; close to town but feels secluded.

Our family of 8 greatly enjoyed our time at this cabin. Plenty of room so we could spread out and not feel on top of each other, including a good amount of outdoor space. The kids loved the game room and were able to escape upstairs for a movie or air hockey tournament while the adults enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. There are some steep hills to access the property but our family vehicles were able to navigate them easily. The directions to the cabin given to us by the property manager were easy to follow and spot-on. Our only complaint was that the cabin has some mild maintenance issues - lots of burned out light bulbs, loose door knobs, and a missing window latch above the kitchen sink - but nothing that affected our enjoyment of the cabin. Thanks for the family time in the mountains.

Perfect Family Vacation

We enjoyed this cabin, the kids really enjoyed the game room. We all had plenty of room, beds were very comfortable and the cabin is beautiful. The only thing is the road is a little steep going to the cabin, I would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Cabin with Great Amenities

Awesome cabin for my family and I. Lots of room and we loved the game room. We were there for Christmas and really appreciated the Christmas tree. When you look out the front of the cabin it feels like you are in the middle of nowhere, but you are actually surrounded by several other cabins (not too close, though). Drew and his property manager were great to work with and quick to answer any questions we had. Look forward to staying there again one day.

Family Getaway

Fun Weekend

Nice place for big family a little confusing to get to with GPS but beautiful once you get there.. had a few outdoor problems at check in but property manager took care of them swiftly and efficiently. Inside house was amazing and close to all attractions but still feel like you have plenty of privacy at cabin. Also saw my first bear came right to porch!!!

Christmas Getaway

We take our children and grandchildren on a Christmas Getaway every year. This property did not disappoint! Drew was wonderful to handle all of our needs! The kids loved the game room! Bedrooms and bathrooms made it very suitable for our family of 11. Overall a wonderful stay!!
