My wife and I own and self-manage Honeycomb Cabin and our other Smoky Coast Vacation Rentals properties. We can be reached anytime by message on the platform, though responses may be delayed outside of normal business hours.

No need to worry about unpaved roads on your way to Honeycomb Cabin. The cabin is located in the Smoky Mountain Ridge Resort boasting beautifully maintained grounds and well-paved roads that welcome you as you approach your cabin.

Honeycomb Cabin is centrally located to all of the areas best attractions.

> Approximately 7 miles from Pigeon Forge.
>Approximately 9 miles from Dollywood.
> Approximately 14 miles from Gatlinburg.

The Great Smoky Mountains are best visited with a personal vehicle, but once you arrive we recommend hopping out of the car and walking in and out of the shops, restaurants and places of entertainment in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Don't forget to roll down your windows and enjoy the beautiful mountain roads!
We aim to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories with family and friends in our amazing cabin. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules. Thank you in advance and we truly appreciate your cooperation!
GENERAL. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. All trash must be removed from the cabin prior to checking out and placed in the metal, bear-proof trash bins in front of the house. No trash should be placed outside of the bins. Absolutely no smoking inside the cabin. $100 extra cleaning fee will be assessed. No pets allowed. Please wash your dishes after use. Please load the dishwasher with any dirty dishwasher-friendly dishes and start the dishwasher prior to departure (our cleaners will unload the clean dishes). Any non-dishwasher friendly dishes should be washed and put away prior to departure. Maximum of 16 guests. Please make sure to lock all doors and windows to the house upon checking out. Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm to be respectful of neighboring cabins. Parking is provided on the driveway in front of the house. Cars should park side by side and not extend out into the road or into the neighboring property's driveway. Our driveway is suitable for up to five or six vehicles, depending on size. Honeycomb Cabin comes with great amenities, including a Foosball Table, Air Hockey Table, and many different games for our guest’s entertainment. Please return all accessories and remotes to their rightful places at the end of your stay. Please do not rearrange the furniture. If you would like to host an event (i.e. wedding, graduation), please speak with us about it first. No parties. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately. Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables, such as condiments, left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests’ discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

HOT TUB. To protect your own health and safety and the integrity of tub and linens, all guests must shower before and after using hot tub. Please leave spa covers on and secured after use. Spa cover is for insulation only and is not designed to support weight. Please do not stand or sit on spa cover.

BBQ GRILL. Guests are responsible for bringing their own propane tank or refilling the tank located at the cabin. Feel free to use the BBQ grill outside that is set up for our guests’ leisure use only. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. We ask that you either use aluminum foil to cover the grill or scrape the grill after each use. Please make sure the grill is off after each use (all knobs turned to the off position). Please make sure propane is also turned off (rotate clockwise until all the way tightened).
FIREPLACE. Please do not leave fireplace on when you leave the cabin or go to bed.

POOL. The safety of our guests is our top priority! Please follow all posted signs in the pool room. Guests under the age of 18 should have adult supervision at all times while using the pool. Primary guest should lock the door to the pool before going to bed each night to prevent children from swimming without supervision. No diving. No jumping from any balcony or other structure or piece of furniture. No running around the pool area. No glass in the pool room. No food is permitted in the pool. Guests may bring food in the pool room so long as it is kept outside of the pool itself.

Overall, we simply ask that you please be respectful of the cabin and keep it clean before you leave.
