  • High On The View är en magnifik, elegant möblerad timmerstuga med en spektakulär utsikt, belägen i det exklusiva Hidden Springs Resort, bara några minuter från Dollywood, Splash Country och Pigeon Forge och bara en kort bilresa till Gatlinburg och Great Smoky Mountains.

    Gästerna kommer in i denna otroliga stuga på huvudnivån genom det fullt utrustade öppna köket, komplett med apparater i rostfritt stål och frukostbar med två stolar. Matsalen har två bord med 14 stolar så att alla kan njuta av en måltid tillsammans. Vardagsrummet har en plysch skinnsoffa, kärleksstol, stol, staplad stenelektrisk spis, 60 tums plattskärms-TV med Blue Ray DVD-spelare, HD-satellitservice, internet, WiFi och golv till tak-fönster så att du kan njuta av den spektakulära bergen . Vardagsrummet erbjuder tillgång till däck med bord och stolar och vippar där gästerna kan koppla av och uppleva den underbara lugn och ro. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, 32 tums platt-TV, HD-satellitmottagare, DVD-spelare, bubbelbadkar, delat badrum och tillgång till däck.

    På övervåningen finns två sovrum med en king size-säng, platt-TV, DVD-spelare och ett badrum i full storlek mellan de två sovrummen.

    I bottenvåningen hittar gästen spelrummet med biljardbord, bäddsoffa, kärlekssitt, elektrisk spis, 32 tums platt-TV, HD-satellitmottagare, DVD-spelare och tillgång till undre däck med badtunna och rockers. Det finns tre sovrum på denna våning, ett med king size-säng, byrå, garderob, platt-TV, HD-satellitmottagare, DVD-spelare och ett badrum i full storlek och de andra två sovrummen har king size-sängar, platt-TV, satellit-TV och DVD-spelare . Ett badrum i full storlek ligger mellan dessa sovrum, utanför spelrummet.

Great place to stay. Awesome view

The office was so easy to deal with. Got to sign everything over the phone and never had to go to the office. Went straight to the cabin. And also the cabin was ready before check in and they let us go in early.

Good But Could've Been Great

The cabin and views are top notch!!! The furniture in the property is not the same as shown in the pictures, it was worn and stained and needs to be upgraded and replaced!!! I was assured the furniture issues were corrected before my visit as I read other reviews listing these same items and it wasn't. New or better furniture, the TV's and cable working in each room along with keeping the water in the hot tub fresh so it doesn't smell like egg water would make this a 5 Star property, but as it is ill give it 3.5 Stars.

Exceptional view - Neglected property.

Furniture and furnishings are old and ruined. The property has been neglected and needs a thorough cleaning along with serviceable furniture and updated furnishings. View from the cabin was exceptional. The property is conveniently located to major attractions in and around the Great Smoky Mountains. This would be a 5 star property with the previous recommendations.

Beautiful view...terrible accomodations.

1. Pictures are extremely deceptive. False advertisement...property not worth price I paid. 2. Furniture and floors scratched and nasty. Couches and furniture weren't like pictures... outdated and abused. 3. Lady bugs, stink bugs...other insects in showers, kitchen, and bedrooms even after I cleaned them all up everyday 4. TV's were not programmed...some remotes didn't match TV's...some remotes didn't work. Surround system completely non frunctional. 5. Pipe under kitchen sink came loose and leaked through the floor to a ceiling in a downstairs bedroom soaking a 3' by3' square on the bed...including bedspread, pillows, sheets, bed pad, and mattress...bed not useable after first night. 6. Smoke alarm battery in master bedroom started beeping in the middle of the first night. We had to call and get them to change the battery. 7. Couldn't set the alarm because there was a bad door sensor. We will not stay here again....

Online Pictures are deceptive!!!

All the pictures that are shown are false. Sofa sets were broken and very filthy. Dining table chairs were broken. Mattress in all the rooms were sagging with dirty and beaten comforters. We (14 of us)were there for 3 days and had no place to sit. Maintenance manager checked everything and was shocked himself to see cabin in such poor condition. Still the cabin management company didn't do anything about.

On top of the mountain

The property was perfect! People could be in the hot tub while others slept and no one was bothered...... the neighbors below didn’t affect the privacy at all.... planning another trip to stay in the same cabin next year!!

No Water - Nightmare

While the cabin was nice for the size of our family. The community experience was not the best. When we arrived, we found a notice posted on the door, that stated that due to a water shortage, they will be turned off the water from 9 PM - 6 AM, there was no advance notice before check in and then the 1st morning, the water was not back on until almost 9:30 AM. The next morning was even worse, it was almost 11 AM before the water was back. When I called, I was told that there was nothing they could do and if we needed water to take it from the hot tub. So take water from the hot tub and the be charged for damages to it when the water is to low and there is no water to fill it. When you are a family of 12 with 2 small children, this was more then just a small inconvenience. While we understand about a shortage, shutting off the water while families were out and about would have made more sense and less of an inconvenience while families were on vacation. I was told that a manager would be calling me back, 3 days later and I still have not heard from anyone. I would have expected a better guest experience with the price that we paid for a 4 night stay. Very disappointed.
