All guests must complete identity verification and sign a rental agreement through Hospitable before check-in. These requirements are mandatory and non-negotiable.
Reservations may be canceled if verification and the rental agreement are not completed within the required timeframe.

Guests will have exclusive use of the entire cabin during their stay, with the exception of a single owner’s closet, which will remain locked.
Guests also enjoy shared access to Bear Creek Crossing Resort amenities, including the indoor heated pool (open year-round), seasonal outdoor pool with waterfall, and mini-golf course. These amenities are shared with other resort guests and are subject to resort rules and seasonal availability.
