While the home’s aesthetics were beautiful and the views were breathtaking, our stay was impacted by several issues we encountered with lighting inconveniences, and unavailable amenities during our stay. Upon arrival on Friday, April 4th, we discovered that two rooms, the theater, and the game room, were unusable due to a lack of lighting. Although someone was sent to investigate, the attempts to address the issue were unsuccessful, with the lights only remaining on for a few minutes, and the electrician’s arrival was delayed until the last night of our stay. Consequently, the guests occupying those rooms had to navigate their spaces using the flashlight from their cell phones. Unfortunately, none of my guests were able to utilize the theater room, which prevented us from hosting a movie night as planned. Furthermore, when lighting was restored to the game room, we found that the basketball game was unusable due to a broken hoop. Additionally, guests on the 4th floor experienced water damage with two separate ceiling leaks causing wet floors on the morning of April 7th. Requesting assistance has been a cumbersome process, involving several emails, text messages, and extended calls to the emergency number, property manager, and the host. We were informed that we would receive a response within 48 hours after our departure. Regrettably, I believe that these inconveniences detracted from the overall experience, leaving my guests without treasured memories.
