A few things to note:

📝 Age and Renter Agreement
Primary renter must be 18 to book and sign renter agreement to complete booking.

🐾 Pets
One (1) dog allowed. $59 pet fee per stay, just let us know during booking. Please note this is a mountain cabin property and not a pet-focused property. There is outdoor space for dogs to go outside, but there is no fenced yard, dedicated green space, dog park, or walking trail. The property is located on a winding mountain road with wooded and gravel surroundings rather than traditional walkable neighborhood areas.

Smoking or vaping are not permitted indoors.

🧻 Starter Supplies
We provide a starter set of essentials including coffee pods, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and basic soaps to help you settle in. For longer stays or heavier usage, guests should plan to purchase additional supplies as needed.
