Mountain Angel is a brand NEW 2 bed/1 bath cabin nestled in the Sky Harbor community.

Mountain Angel is nestled in the Sky Harbor community, perfect for a couples retreat or for small families that are coming to the area to enjoy the great outdoors. During the fall and winter seasons, you can enjoy a seasonal mountain view from the back balcony. This quaint cabin is centrally located between Gatlinburg (8 miles) and Pigeon Forge (5 miles) and has a warm and inviting open concept living room and a fully-stocked kitchen for home-cooked meals. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and your own private access to the balcony. The guest room has a queen is also a great area for the kids to unwind by climbing up to the hideaway loft where they can sleep on two twin mattresses, play games, and have fun. (Renters use the ladder to the loft at their own risk). The balcony is a great area to enjoy your first cup of morning coffee or meals outdoors or a little R&R in the hot tub after a long day of adventures. Mountain Angel is perfect for your next Smoky Mountain vacation!

Sleeping arrangements: 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, 2 Child Beds (twin)

**Disclosure: The Premises is equipped with exterior security/recording cameras. Cameras are installed primarily as a theft deterrent and to avoid police dispatch for false alarms. Security cameras are not under constant surveillance and should not be considered a dependable measure for personal safety. No cameras are placed facing the hot tub, inside, or with any view of the interior of the property. Security cameras may be used to verify compliance with rental policies.

Please note: The cabin is supplied with linens and bath towels. We only supply a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap & liquid, and bath bar soap. You are then responsible for said items during the remainder of your stay.

**To finalize your booking with Red Door Getaways, you must sign a Rental Agreement and provide a state or federal photo ID. We will send you a link to our "Boarding Pass" guest portal via text message, where you can securely upload your ID and a matching selfie. Once these are completed, you will receive access to the property guidebook. Your reservation is confirmed only after we receive the signed agreement and valid ID.**

My husband and I had a wonderful time. It was the perfect place for the two of us to get away for the weekend. We loved the setup, decorations and the hot tub. The porch was nice to sit on and relax, especially when it rained. We will definitely be back!

Place was great. The hot tub really needs to be cleaned. My son got a skin rash from it. There was also a guest book entry from someone in may 2025 stating how dirty the spa was so my guess is that the spa never gets cleaned. Beware of using it. Plus there was no foodball table not a big for that though. Overall the place was great. We saw several bears and i had a bear encounter on our check out day after dumping the trash a momma bear walked up on me. Really neat location tor the cabin. Family loved it.

We had an amazing stay. With a few hiccups with trying to enter the property I would advised checking in before going up the mountain as there is no service once you’re at the cabin. Otherwise everything was perfect

HVAC units took several hours to warm up the spaces. The hot tub chemical floater was empty and the inside sides felt slimy. So I couldn’t risk using it. Called to have it cleaned. Nobody came. Front porch was at such a slant it felt like standing on a roof to enter cabin. Two dirty diapers were left in the waste basket on the deck. Cobwebs were on the frame around the door to the deck from the master bedroom behind the barn doors that cover the glass doors. TV in living room needs to be replaced as there are several bright spots in the middle of the screen that look like sun is shining on it but it was always there even at night. Disappointed.

Great Girls Weekend

Stayed for a girls weekend. The cabin was great. Location was perfect. We enjoyed the hot tub every night and we got to see multiple bears crossing right outside our cabin including five baby bears. It was very exciting. The cabin was well stocked with dishes and cookware, bedding, etc. my only critique would be because it was a girls weekend. There was a big lack of mirrors. There’s only one mirror and it’s in the bathroom. There are no full body mirrors throughout the whole cabin, which is not a big deal if you don’t have a bunch of girls getting ready! Ha ha. Overall, we will definitely be back! Make sure to bring your own toilet paper, etc. We ran out after the first day and did not realize there was not a spare. The beds were super comfy as well. This Host really takes good care of their home. All the neighbors we encountered were very friendly as well!

Everything was as described. I thought the bed was really comfortable. Cabin was clean. All the local info and much more information about the cabin was on a link they sent. I would read through this to familiarize you with what they do/don't provide. Location was convenient. Using the by-pass, it took us about 15-20 min to reach the park. Owners reached out to us to make sure all was good. The only minor suggestion we have is something put up to block the neighboring cabin view (which is about 75 ft away) by the hot tub although there was some cover in between the cabins. Other then that, we felt the back porch was a highlight of the cabin. Felt secluded and private except for the hot tub end, which wasn't too bad. I would stay here again with no hesitation. Thank You!

Relaxation

Great stay. The only complaint I can honestly give is, the hot tub. It is not private at all. And there is a cabin 50 ft from the end of the deck. A partition needs to be added to the end as to block the view of the hot tub. We were fortunate no one else was staying at the other cabin. Other than that if was heaven.
