• The cabin is located in a newly built resort. There is still some construction finishing up. Although it is not within direct proximity of the cabin, there might be some construction related noise during the weekdays. Prices have been discounted for the potential inconvenience.

• Extra items beyond the start up amenities are the responsibility of the guest.

• Traveler's insurance is strongly encouraged as there are no refunds for weather or weather-related issues.

• A security camera is located outside the property for guest safety.
