We have a cozy outdoor fir pit to unwind under a starlit night after spending the day at Dollywood! Stream your favorite movies on our large TV's with high speed internet and enjoy cooking in the gourmet kitchen or have steaks or burgers on the Weber grill and enjoy outdoor dining. 2/3 bedrooms with a mix of king, queen, and full beds, perfect for a tranquil night's sleep. With 3 bathrooms and a bonus office space with a comfy pull out twin bed, there's plenty of room for all guests to relax and unwind. Enjoy modern amenities like WiFi, AC, and a washer and dryer during your stay. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. This place is perfect for a romantic getaway or solo escape. It is the artist's dream to gather for inspiration and painting the week away! This serene hideaway promises relaxation, privacy, and tranquility, making it an ideal spot to recharge and reconnect with nature. It is also close to all of the buzzing attractions such as Dollywood, The Mountain Mile, The Island or The Great Smoky Mountain National Park.

The outdoors provide an expansive deck area with a propane grill and luxury outdoor furniture. Enjoy a small group of friends,or a secluded romantic dinner with your loved one or this place is perfect for the family. This house is perfect for a solo adventure as well. It is in a safe area and is protected by ADT and Ring Cameras and a driveway alarm to ensure a safe environment. There is a gate at the driveway entrance to deter any entry into the property.

The wildlife is my favorite part of this property. One morning I seen a momma bear and 4 cubs come up the driveway and walk up to the woods. I was just about to go in and they stopped and rustled in the leaves a bit to find bugs to eat under the leaves. It was incredible to watch from the sunroom! It is the perfect place to relax, read and just observe the area around. Bathed in natural light, the sunroom features elegant tile floors that add both charm and practicality. Large windows frame picturesque views of lush greenery creating a perfect spot unwind with a cup of coffee or a nightcap. A cozy coffee bar sits in the back, complete with a keurig machine and mugs in the drawer. A blender sits in the cabinet below with drink glasses to prepare your favorite mixed drink. Whether enjoying the morning sunrise or watching wildlife pass by, this inviting space is a serene retreat to relax and unwind.

The elegant king bedroom is a sanctuary of comfort and style, featuring luxurious Pottery Barn Bedding on a Sleep Number bed for the ultimate restful sleep. Thoughtfully decorated with blue tones to bring the outside sky indoors and refined accents, the space exudes sophistication. A private exit leads directly to a peaceful deck area, perfect for morning coffee or stargazing. The full en suite bathroom offers privacy from other guests in the house.

The office space is thoughtfully designed that blends productivity with comfort. One space is floor to ceiling shelving that house my art book collection that you are welcome to enjoy during your stay. A spacious desk sits near a window with lighting above offering plenty of light, a comfy desk chair and a small recliner in the corner. The chair and a half opens up to a twin bed to offer additional sleeping area. (This room is perfect for a child or grandchild). Connected to this bedroom is a full bath with a glassed in stand up shower, vanity, and toilet. This bathroom is also connected to the kitchen through a separate door. This area ensures convenience and functionality making it perfect for both focused work and cozy retreats.

Retreat into the basement area where you will find an inviting woodsy den like area that is perfect for an additional couple or children. It is the entertainment area of the house with games, televisions and video games. Plush seating invites you to watch movies, engage in board games or take a book from the bookshelf and escape from it all. There is a private entrance where there is a patio with 2 outdoor chairs to enjoy a coffee or read a book on a beautiful warm day. The sofa is a pull out for extra sleeping area and the bed around the nook offers a queen sleeping area that is cozy and decorated with a beautiful quilt. There are extra blankets and pillows tucked in the dresser and wooden storage under the TV for those chilly nights.

There are benches and chairs on the decks scattered about the decks for you to escape with a book or your device and enjoy peace in the mountains. We have many things to enjoy and relax with, including the wildlife, the woods and wildflowers and some perennial flowers that come up over the seasons.

We have made our cottage a cozy place that provides a welcome hug when you walk in to relax. Enjoy the relaxing sounds of nature or stay connected with the high speed internet and Smart TV's scattered in the home! It is a place to unwind and relax and enjoy your time in the area.
