WIFI: We offer free high-speed wifi. The main floor has the highest speeds. 2nd Floor and Basement are not as fast.

Desk: There is a desk on the 2nd floor with a wifi printer.

❗️Guest access Instructions will be sent after the balance is paid in full and the rental agreement is signed.❗️

★ IMPORTANT TO KEEP IN MIND:

► This is a MOUNTAIN cabin so guests must drive up some MOUNTAIN roads. While paved and accessible, 4WD or AWD vehicles and/or chains are recommended during winter when snow/ice is present.

► This property does not have a daily cleaning service like hotels. You'll be provided with towels, linens, and a STARTER set of select products (trash bag, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper). Soap, Shampoo and Conditioner will be provided.

► While we have a regular pest control program, the cabin is in a wooded area that is still largely wilderness. As such, it is possible to get 4-6-8 legged or winged visitors both outside and inside. This cannot be 100% prevented. When staying at the cabin, never leave food items in the vehicles, never leave food, food leftovers, or trash outside. Any trash should be bagged and locked in bear-resistant containers.

► No refunds will be given for weather/power/internet outages, fear of driving on mountain roads, change of plans, life events. Consider appropriate travel insurance.

► This property is advertised on multiple online listing and booking platforms, each of which outlines different and policies, terms, and conditions. For consistency, the policies, terms, and conditions listed in the Rental Agreement shall prevail and supersede any and all other policies, terms, and conditions described on the listing and booking site that you originally inquired and/or booked this property.

► NO SMOKING

► The Indoor Pool is heated but in the winter water temps stays close to 75 degrees and in the summer it gets around 85 degrees.

► There is no Cable. All TVs are smart TVs.

► A $300 Damage deposit is required.

► MUST be 25 or older to book, sign Rental Agreement within 48 hrs of booking.
