❤ Hakuna Matata fits up to 4 people: there is 1 open layout loft bedroom (king size bed) upstairs and 1 en-suite bedroom downstairs with a gas fireplace (full size bed).

❤ Each bedroom has their own bathroom with tub & shower so there's no need to fight in the morning!

❤ Panoramic views of the mountains are all around you: whether you're soaking in the jetted hot tub, enjoying a nice breakfast on the picnic table, or even while playing pool in front of the floor to ceiling windows.

❤ Watch falcons fly by, catch the sunrise/sunset (porches face due north), or count the night stars!

❤ After a fun-filled day, cozy up in the living room with a warm glow from the gas fireplace

❤ Our cabin is located in Eagle Crest Resort with a newly constructed swimming pool (open from Memorial Day to Labor Day)


*The outdoor BBQ grill uses a propane tank. Guests who would like to use the grill are responsible for refilling the tank if empty upon arrival.

Gorgeous mountaintop views wouldn't be possible without a drive uphill first, no matter where you choose to stay.

To give you a better sense of the road -- from Pigeon Forge, you can get on Upper Middle Creek Rd, which is an easy, flat road. After you drive for about 7 minutes, you'll turn onto Walker Trail, which is where the remaining 7-8 minute climb starts. Parts of the road are one-lane roads for two-way traffic -- meaning you'll need to drive slowly and carefully. It may feel windy for an unexperienced driver and may be more slippery in the winter with snow/sleet. However, the county & HOA maintains all roads so if you feel comfortable driving uphill generally, you should be fine!

If you're worried about driving up, feel free to message me with your concerns before booking and we can see if this is a good fit for you. But remember that any cabin with a view will also mean a drive uphill.

**Because we are in the mountains, there is always the possibility of seeing bears, raccoons, and other wildlife around the cabin or even on the porch/yard. Please be careful not to leave any food/drinks/coolers/trash/etc outside or in your car, and do not approach wildlife. By renting our property, you assume all responsibility for damages, injury and risk to yourself and underage persons.
