The Space
Upon arriving at Sunshine Chalet, you’ll notice the minimalist aesthetic and neutral tones create an elegant yet cozy atmosphere. Luxury mattresses and linens throughout the chalet, paired with natural light, enhance the house-in-the-forest experience. Peer through expansive windows to immerse yourself in the surrounding forest of pines, oaks, and ferns. Cuddle up by the fire pit after a day of adventure. Relax, revitalize, and pamper yourself while enjoying soothing, private views—all while being perched in the trees, surrounded by nature.

Relax in a king-sized bed with a new mattress (March ’23). Yoga mats and blocks are provided for a refreshing session—feel free to take them onto the porch for an immersive experience.

A separate, quiet space perfect for catching up on calls, ensuring you can extend your stay. Includes a built-in wardrobe for unpacking and enjoying your stay.
🧼 Laundry Room
Full-size washer and dryer, with limited detergent pods provided. Broom and mop are also available.

Brand new HOT TUB under the stars and overlooking the mountains
Private porch for dining and relaxing with a gas grill.

After a day of exploring or sightseeing, relax by the fire pit.
A wraparound porch offers outdoor spaces for morning coffee or evening cocktails, with beautiful sunrise and sunset views. Soak up the sun, stars, and fresh mountain air from one of the many lounge spaces.
Weber propane grill is available for all your grilling-inspired meals.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will self-check-in using electronic key access. The cabin is located near 4 glamping tents, each spaced out to ensure privacy. These tents are a short hike away and are not visible from the chalet. You may occasionally encounter glampers as you leave the grounds.

WINTER DRIVING & PARKING
The road leading to the private entrance is paved and easily accessible. The private driveway is gravel, but the entry area is flat and navigable. The road leading to the home is not steep, and Google Maps will guide you right to the entrance.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
PRIVACY
Sunshine Chalet is located on a small, quiet acreage. The only nearby properties are the 4 glamping tents, which you can rent for friends or family. The tents are not visible from the chalet. No loud music is allowed, and please observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

SECURITY CAMERA
For your safety, a security camera is located on the laundry shed in the driveway. This camera only monitors the driveway and walkway to the chalet.

PLEASE BE KIND TO THE SEPTIC SYSTEM

In the bathroom, only flush toilet paper. Kindly dispose of all other items in the trash, including feminine hygiene products labeled as "flushable."
In the kitchen, there is no garbage disposal. Please put food scraps in the trash can.
