The main living area is ideal for gathering, dining, and planning the next day’s adventures. Step outside to enjoy the mountain air—soak in the private hot tub, fire up the BBQ grill, or unwind around the fire pit in the backyard. When work calls, a laptop-friendly workspace helps you stay connected. You’ll also have the convenience of private laundry during your stay.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Parking for 3 vehicles is located directly in the property driveway. No additional parking is provided.

• Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome dogs only—up to 2 per stay. An additional daily pet fee of $35 will be included in your final booking fee. If you’re not given the option to add pets at booking, please contact our Customer Care team after reserving to ensure the fee is processed. Please keep pets leashed and pick up after them.

• Private laundry is available during your stay.

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• WiFi is provided; however, due to the Smoky Mountains’ rural location, area-wide internet and cell service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• If the home is ready before 4:00 PM on your arrival day, you’ll be automatically notified. Late checkout must be requested within 24 hours of departure, is subject to availability, and may incur additional fees.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
