There is a lovely dining room located right off the kitchen, surrounded by windows to take in the mountain ambiance and views.

Enjoy a quiet night in the spacious living room while the fireplace roars in the distance as you and your loved ones catch the big game on the flat screen TV. Step upstairs into the loft to relax in front of the TV. Surrounded by natural entertainment, step outside, kick back in a rocking chair and take in the gorgeous views while you sip your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine. And you and the kiddos (and adults alike!) will love relaxing in the bubbling hot tub while taking in that fresh Smoky Mountain air! Relaxation awaits you!

Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.

Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.

Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.
