Staying with us is a hassle-free experience! Simply drive to your rental and use your unique lock code to access the home. You'll receive comprehensive check-in instructions 24 hours before arrival, and we're available around the clock!
• Airport: The McGhee Tyson Airport in Knoxville is a 1-hour drive to the cabin and is the recommended airport to fly into if you’re coming to the Smokies.
• Access: The private entrance front door is equipped with a smart lock, electronic keypad. A unique door code will be sent to you a couple of days before check-in, no need to meet anyone for keys.
• Roads: The road is paved all the way from the main road to the cabin. Although snow here is rare, in the winter, 4WD or AWD may be necessary. Cell service is spotty in the mountains, we recommend you download the maps of the area for offline use prior to travel, just in case service is lost.
• Parking: Park in the narrow driveway. Parking is available for 3 cars.
• 🐶 Pet Friendly: We allow dogs ONLY—a maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. A flat pet fee applies: $175 for a 1-night stay, $200 for stays up to 28 days, and $250 for monthly stays. A payment request will be sent after the booking is completed.

• Please be mindful of occasional black bears in the area. Keep car doors locked and ensure trash is properly disposed of to prevent attracting them.
• Security Camera: There is a security camera on the front of the cabin in place, recording at all times, for your protection. Please do not touch or tamper with the camera or disconnect the Wifi, this is for your own protection.
• Smoking: This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING cabin.
• Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.
• Hot Tub: The hot tub & jacuzzi is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! You can refer to your digital manual on how to use the hot tub.
• Outdoor Grill: A large park-style charcoal grill is provided for your use. Bring your own charcoal. Please clean out the grill after use.
** Kindly be informed that due to current regulations in Sevier County, burning activities are strictly prohibited until further notice. This includes the use of charcoal grills, outdoor wood fire pits, fireworks, and bonfires. However, gas/propane-type grills for cooking and gas fire features are permitted. Please note that violating these guidelines may result in a fine of $2,500, potential jail time, and a felony conviction. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone.**
• Trash: Please dump liquids into the sink and not into trash bags. Place all trash into trash bags and secure them in the bearproof trash containers next to the driveway. Trash pickup is Tuesday. We recommend having the trash out late Monday evening.
• Critters: We have a regular pest control company that maintains the grounds. As we are located in a rural area, please note that bugs may be present on the property. You may see & hear critters etc.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. We charge $50 per hour for all requests of early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkout. Please message us for more details.
