We loved everything about our stay. The kids loved the arcade and playing in the creek. They got to experience fire flies. They had never seen them. They had roasted marshmallows over the fire pit and enjoyed smores. The pool and playground was so convenient. We want to come back.

Great time

We booked this place for a bachelor trip and everyone had a great time, there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. Everyone was trying to set a high score on the arcade and it was a solid time for everyone.

Rest & relaxation getaway

We had such a wonderful time during our stay and enjoyed every part of the property and all it had to offer! Every room was perfect and there the house was so spacious that everyone had their own comfy spot when quiet time was needed. We planned our trip for the week after Christmas so we spent new years at the cabin and it was everything we needed to celebrate ringing in 2026. We had 6 kids with us between 2 families and the garage/game room was the go to for some healthy competition.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! We wish we could have stayed longer but we will be back very soon. The house was everything we could have wanted and more. Comfortable beds, clean and very spacious.

Peaceful

The house was very spacious and in a quiet location. We all loved the game room. The owner was very informative and communicative. Thank you for making vacation a great stay without worry in the housing aspect.

Everything was perfect. The house was spacious and very comfortable. The boys loved the game room and the hot tub. Five stars.

Amazing Stay at the Barcade

My family had an amazing time staying at the Barcade. There was something for everyone to do. The hot tub was a hit for myself and my youngest, while the others loved the arcade and the creek. It was also very cool that there wad a hiking path on the property which we explored. I would definitely recommend this place anyone.

Great Setting with all you could need !!!

Fantastic cabin along with the great location. You feel like your away from it all yet 15 minutes from the social life. Zach took good care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely go back again!! The game room was a huge hit with the kids and adults

Trip to Sevierville

It was very cozy and relaxing. Cabin was great and comfortable. Kids loved game room and the outside. Beautiful yard and fire pit area. We even got to see a black bear in the area. Will definitely be going back. Will always rent one of Kennedys cabins through Evolve. Great people to deal with.

Great family vacay spot

My husband and I brought our 7 children for a Christmas vacay! The cabin was perfect!! So relaxing to sit outside by the fire or in the hot tub and listen to the babbling creek. The geese would come every morning to visit. The gameroom was fun for the family to play in!! Lots of activities very close to the cabin as well. The property owner was very helpful with answering all questions we had and responded promptly!

We had the most wonderful time!! We would definitely stay at this cabin again! 8 of us total. We really enjoyed walking around in the creek and watching it fill up really nicely when it rained and listening to the creek. The location was perfect. It was tucked away on the property so we had privacy but we were practically next door to a pool that we could easily use when we wanted. We were off the beaten path but down the street from goats on the roof and some coasters and just a very short drive to the Pigeon Forge strip. There was practically no traffic anytime we went anywhere. We were not far from Gatlinburg so it was an easy drive when we went there as well. We enjoyed sitting outside around the campfire but not burning a fire because it was too warm to do that. The solar lights around the campfire did not work while we were there. Possibly because of the weather and cloud coverage or maybe because they just don't work we were not sure but we honestly preferred them off. The game room stays lit up at night so it would be nice to turn the game room off when we were sitting outside but not a huge deal at all. We could have asked the host if we had really wanted to. The only thing that needs to be fixed is the air conditioning unit in the game room upstairs in garage. Though it works well it is very rattly and loud and we were afraid it was going to fall off the wall. We can't wait to come back!!!
