Host was great, very responsive. Amenities were also great. Unfortunately kitchen lighting was VERY bad. Would repeat with the host, but not this unit.

What a wonderful experience! We chose this cabin for the price, size and accommodations, but the host made the experience even better and is the difference between wanting to stay here again over somewhere else. The cabin is beautiful and met every one of our expectations. It was very clean and had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable and warm and there were enough towels and other items to hold us over for the stay. The host is the sweetest person in the world! She made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. I was worried about the deposit, but it was returned only a few hours after we checked out! I also forgot a few expensive bathroom items and the cleaning crew gathered them up very nicely and turned them in to the owner who is taking them to UPS to be mailed first thing in the morning.

Our stay at the cabin in Sevierville, TN was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect — peaceful, scenic, and surrounded by beautiful mountain views. The cabin itself was spotless, cozy, and everything we hoped for in a relaxing getaway. The host provided clear, detailed instructions and was incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns we had, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend renting a cabin with Maples Ridge — they truly go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable!

This spacious cabin was perfect for our family trip with 7 adults and 2 kids. The indoor pool was a hit and great no matter what the temperature was outside. We had a great time and would recommend to anyone!

host was great the only thing was there was portable AC units that was upstarts that were very loud and was not in the window ever well that let stink bugs in the rooms. also, the shower in the lower bathroom was about to fall out of the tube. the deck door needs some attention it was very hard to open and close. very thing else was great love the pool and hot tube very clean just need some TLC

Clean and comfortable, great views!

Very easy check in and out process, great communication. house was clean, bright, great views, everything was in working order, fully stocked starter supplies, clean linens and towels. Pool and hot tub were a great addition and no issues at all! Would definitely recommend and come back!

Our best stay yet.

We have been to Gatlinburg 3 times since January 2025 . January for anniversary, February for a Blake Shelton concert then now in June for family vacation with grandkids and son and his wife. This was definitely the most generous rental company we have found in that area. Maple Ridge is our go to from now on. We really got the feeling that they our genuinely great people to deal with, not just textbook customer service. I cannot think of anything negative about our stay. Believe me we own a timeshare in Gatlinburg our stay back in February left such a bad impression on us ,i doubt we will ever stay in that particular place again. I cannot say enough good things about the Maple Ridge Rental company in Wears Valley.

Weekend trip

There was plenty for the kids to do and they enjoyed it. There were a few broken things that we notated to owner when we got there, but nothing major or that hindered our stay. Beds were comfortable. The only issue was the downstairs bedrooms seemed a bit hot at night, even with the thermostat set to 69. And the trash can was full outside - we didn’t notice until after the 2nd night when we had trash to take out, so we had to leave the bags of trash inside. By that time we noticed it, it was really too late for the owner to take care of, but she did respond quickly and apologized

Family weekend

The first impression of the cabin was that it was nice. We stayed 3 nights. The pool was awesome and was a treat to have one that didn't have to be shared. The kitchen had what we needed. The cabin was clean on first glance and comfortable. Check in was easy and management was very nice and accommodating. The property was nice enough but there were a couple of things I wasn't thrilled about if I'm totally honest. The walls must be thin because you could hear any and everything going on outside and inside between the rooms. One of the upstairs window units wasn't doing its job of cooling the room. In their defense though, I didn't call management because one in our party didn't wind up coming due to sickness so we didn't need the room after all. I'm sure they would have come to fix it if I had called them. The worst thing was whoever cleaned the place before us missed the half eaten cheese and crackers under the open bottom area of the nightstand and the other half eaten cheese and cracker that was shoved between the edge of the matress and boxsprings. The matress slide a little and it was sitting right there. I honestly don't know how the cleaning people missed it if they were doing everything they are expected to do between stays. To end on a positive note though, considering everything, our stay had a few glitches but all in all it was still a positive experience.
