The property is old, needs a refresh. The pool was clean and the hot tub worked. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was old paint was chipped bathroom had rusty fixtures bed was wallowed out from age. But we slept and it did the job.

The rooms are big .However the couch & big chair are Dirty in the living room. They need to be cleaned !!!!!!! I cringed when I sat down .

Check In started rough for us. This was my first trip with my mom In years and I wanted things to go smoothly for us. She has an emotional support dog that stays in a stroller when we go out. I indicated very clearly on the reservation that we would be coming with an ESA and did not hear anything back. When we arrived to check in, the young lady was rude immediately and then when I showed her my mom's dog's license, she spat "you still have to pay". If we were going to have to pay 20 extra a night for the ESA, we would have gone somewhere else that takes animals for free. There is construction occuring next door so it's NOT quiet. We had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door and thank goodness the top latch was done because the housekeeping lady tried to still get in. Our last night there, the ceiling fell in on the shower. My mom asked for someone to come fix it and the manager said we would have to move. Luckily we were only moved down two rooms but it was a huge inconvenience to pack up everything and move. You definitely get what you pay for but the staff definitely needs some customer service lessons. It was a good location, away from the hubub of Pigeon Forge and close enough to plenty of restaurants and shops.

For an older property it was kept up nice and the room was so spacious! We weren’t expecting that! It was basically a room & a half. A separate tv room with a couch and a bedroom with another tv! Nice. We would stay there again.

The staff was extremely unhelpful. The front desk acted like we were inconveniencing them when we asked for bedding for the pull out sofa. (We specifically put that 5 would be staying so the pull out sofa was needed. They didn’t have enough clean linens and we had to wait til late in the evening. Absolutely no pillows for that bed. The place was rundown and dingy. You could feel every coil in the mattress because they were so old. We won’t be staying there again

Positives: The beds were really comfortable. The room was really clean. No pet smells. We had a good sized room with a couch, table, tv, microwave and mini fridge, bathroom was in the middle, and two queen beds in the back room. Plenty space for a family. Two TVs. Breakfast had several options. Our trash was taken out and new towels brought in the next day. Quiet. Negatives: Old carpet, scratches everywhere from dogs, no lights in the ceiling, small bathroom, it’s a no smoking hotel but there’s smoking areas outside the rooms, the pool wasn’t very clean and slightly cold, you have to walk outside in the cold to get to and from the pool depending on what room you stay in. Cold are came in the room because there was a big gap under the door. I wish there were more meat options for breakfast besides sausage because I can’t eat it. Overall we had a good stay. We slept really good, which is what matters the most. I would probably stay again depending on price. I was hoping for a bit more for the price we paid.

Very good experience. Our a.c. Went out and they couldn't fix it so the guy ripped it out and put a new one in. Indoor pool needs to be warmer, but hot tub was perfect.

Property next door is under construction so it does make parking a little harder however all the staff was friendly, check in was easy, our room was mostly clean ( you get what you pay for), and the room was much larger than we expected. My only suggestion is if the pool closes at nine to have some strictly enforce it, we were located on the indoor pool side so the noise from the pool carried loudly into our room and at 9:30-9:45 we could still hear people and there music from the pool area.

The rooms and pool area are in fair shape but the rest of the property was really run down and dirty. There is one very tiny elevator in the middle of the building and it is quite a walk to some of the rooms. Due to traffic and no stop lights, the property is very difficult to get in and out of. The staff were great though.

Close to everything but quiet and relaxing. Our bed was very comfortable. Cable is exceptional.

We were here for a cheerleading competition, it was a place to be able to sleep, we could hear the traffic outside really loud outside the room, this is an “older” hotel cracks in the wall, the shower was not that great hard to turn on But the pool was a nice enough area to swim for my kids and seemed well taken care of, breakfast was basic nothing fancy with microwave sausage and bacon If your looking for a cheaper place to just sleep this is a good spot

It was just ok bed was good room was clean but needs lots of updates and repair. Broken light in room we told them about it, hard to open the door to get into the room. Staff were good and friendly. We told them the issues they said ok we will let them know.

Paid for a suite—hot tub DID NOT work. Couldn’t find the remote for the TV in the second living area. I got CAULK all over me from the fresh caulk surrounding the hot tub. The art work hanging above the bed had shattered glass and was barely hanging so we took it down. I didn’t feel like dying in a crappy hotel suite.
