Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First visit to the Gatlinburg area and absolutely fell in love with this cabin. Beautiful views of the mountains right off the back porch. Cabin was very clean. The driveway is a little steep but we made it up. Bed could be a bit more comfy. It is pretty hard and uncomfortable. That would be our only fuss but everything else was just wonderful!

Beautiful Views and Quiet Setting, but Some Gaps

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cabin is in a quiet, peaceful location with beautiful views, which made for a relaxing stay. The check-in process was easy and straightforward, and communication with the host was clear and timely throughout. That said, several aspects could be improved. Cleanliness did not fully meet expectations—some towels were dingy and appeared past their useful life. The hot tub jets barely functioned, which limited enjoyment, and the pots and pans also seemed worn and in need of replacement. With better attention to cleanliness and basic upkeep, this property could offer a much stronger overall experience.
