Resting at the top of Bear Creek Crossing, a resort community, COUGAR HAUS commands sweeping views of the valley below and the Smokies beyond, and is only 5 miles / 15 minutes to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, and other attractions. When not seeing the sites or enjoying Smoky Mountain National Park, use the high speed WiFi internet to stream your favorite movies and shows on any of the 6 HD TV's w/ Roku Streaming devices or telecommute (if you really must).

All COUGAR HAUS guests receive complimentary access to ALL resort amenities, including the OUTDOOR POOL and HEATED INDOOR POOL, 9-Hole Mini Golf, outdoor gazebo, picnic and recreation areas at Bear Creek Crossing resort. Entry into the gated community and the cabin is via digital keypad, with paved and well-maintained roads all the way to the cabin. Outdoor pool is available between Memorial Day and Labor Day; indoor pool is open year round.

Once through the front door, you will find an expansive Great Room with cathedral ceilings, featuring a stone fireplace rising two stories, a HD flatscreen TV with Roku Streaming device for Netflix, Hulu, etc., DVD player, plush sleeper sofas and armchairs, and windows flanking the room with views of the wraparound patio and mountains beyond. The Main Floor also features a stocked kitchen with Banquet Dining Table with ample seating for 10, modern appliances including a dishwasher, pots, pans, utensils, glassware and dining ware. There is also a half bath conveniently off the main living area. Right off the Great Room is the wrap around porch, where you will find comfortable outdoor seating, rocking chairs, and a propane gas grill -- perfect for barbequing a fresh meal while taking in the expansive views of the valley below.

Upstairs you will find the Master Bedroom, complete with a Jetted Tub, ensuite bathroom, dedicated HD TV with Roku Streaming device, and a plush king-sized bed. There are 3 other bedrooms with king-sized beds (4 total), each with ensuite bathrooms and streaming HD TVs on the Main Floor and First Level of Cougar Haus. Each bathroom is stocked with fresh linens and towels.

Downstairs of the Main Floor, you will find the Game Room -- complete with billiards table, arcade, dry bar with mini-fridge, another fireplace, plush couches, and another HD TV with Roku Streaming device. Off of the Game Room are the third and fourth King Bedrooms, with attached ensuite bathroom, and each with their own HD TV with Roku Streaming devices. Outside of the Game Room is the first floor wraparound porch, featuring a large Hot Tub big enough for 6, perfect for soaking and enjoying the mountain views after a long, fun-filled day.

COUGAR HAUS features High Speed Wi-Fi- internet, fast enough for streaming on devices, and working from home. There is also healthy cellular signal for AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile. There is ample parking, with up to 6 spaces of paved driveway directly in front of the cabin. Please note, the gas grill is "bring your own propane": you can buy or swap empty tanks at Walgreens, Krogers, Family Dollar, or Weigals (9 min or less away).
