Upper Level
Ascend the stairs to the loft to find a private dedicated work space and cozy private king bedroom. There is also a convenient full bathroom with common access.

Lower Level
Descend the stairs to the vibrant game room, where friendly competition awaits with pool table and an arcade machine loaded with dozens of games. Just beyond the game room, discover a cozy bunkroom with 2 twin/twin bunks + a round table perfect for all the kiddos activities—an ideal spot for the kids to sleep. On the other side you will find a king bedroom with a full bathroom equipped with convenient common access and a spacious jetted soaking tub. There is also exterior access to the enchanting Hot Tub pergola.

Using the hot tub is entirely at your own risk.

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property. If our cleaners detect any signs of smoking, a $500 fee will be charged.

Please adhere to our check-in and check-out timings. Unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs are prohibited and will incur additional charges. If the guest fails to vacate the property on time, a fee of $50.00 will be charged for the first half-hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half-hour.

Due to Mother Nature's unpredictability, we do not provide refunds for weather-related issues, natural disasters, power outages, or events beyond our control.

Although we love our furry friends, we have a strict no-pets policy on the premises. If our cleaners discover any violation of this rule, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $500.

An outdoor security camera monitoring the driveway operates 24/7, recording movement and sound solely for safety reasons. Be reassured that there are NO indoor cameras or cameras pointing towards the front or back of the house, preserving your privacy.
