The Space:

With a modern cabin feel, this dog-friendly 1083 sqft. treehouse sleeps up to 8. The main floor features 2 queen bedrooms, a living space with a TV for streaming, full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a kitchen including a refrigerator, 4-function microwave, dual hot plate, and coffee maker. Equipped with all dining and prep essentials: dishware, cutlery, utensils, a cutting board, and both can and wine openers. Access a third queen bed on the loft via a sturdy wooden ladder; we recommend the main-floor queen for those with mobility concerns. Both the loft and main floor have heating/air-conditioning. Extra linens, towels, and pillows provided.



Enjoy a covered porch with screen walls, a ceiling fan, and a large dining table or an open-air porch. Both spaces are private, have mountain views, and are filled with outdoor seating options.

The Neighborhood:

This treehouse is settled in the trees within a gated community, Norton Creek Resort, only 15 minutes off the Parkway and 5 minutes from the entrance of The Great Smoky Mountains National Park.



Getting Around:

Taxi services, Uber, Lyft (+ DoorDash, Uber Eats) are available. Downtown Gatlinburg offers trolley service. There is ample public parking available for driving around the area.



Other Things to Note:

- We do not allow RVs, campers or trailers on-site

- Please be aware that due to potential freezing temperatures in January and February, there's a risk of frozen water pipes.

- Please take note that bears are in the area. We do provide bear safety tips upon arrival.

- As Of September 22, 2025, Sevier County Fire adjusted their laws so that we are no longer able to have private firepits on the decks of each treehouse, only community firepits steps away from your treehouse.

- Rental agreement required upon booking
