Toasted Marshmallow is a Tiny Home in Wears Valley!

Toasted Marshmallow is a Tiny Home! It may be only 400 sq ft but it packs all the amenities that you need for your stay in the Smoky Mountains. This Tiny Home has a small fire ring outside with a park grill and a picnic table so you can enjoy the outdoors. You can also relax on the deck and listen to the frogs in the nearby creek. As you go inside the Tiny Home to the left of the front door there is wrap around seating with a dining table. The TV is located above the table. The couch and coffee table is to the right of the door. Walking straight into the Tiny Home is the kitchen that is fully stocked with all items to eat in if you so desire. To the right of the kitchen is a stacked washer and dryer. There is a hall closet to hang clothing or to store away your luggage. The bathroom has a standup shower (no tub). The bedroom has a king bed and more storage. In the living room take the stairs up to a loft where there is also a king mattress and TV (the overall head room is 3 feet) it would be an ideal spot for young children or your teenagers. At the top of the stairs on the left is a small storage area for the loft area.

Short visit

We came down to move my daughter to the area and needed a place to stay close by. We were pleasantly surprised with the unit. Clean, updated and very cozy! 20 min from Pigeon forge so very convenient. One note...Do not speed on Wears Valley Rd. Very heavily patroled. Did not get a ticket, but wouldnt want anyones stay ruied. I will likely be staying here again when I visit my daughter. Thank You for the nice accomodations.

Hope to stay again.

What a great place to stay! It is off the beaten path by about 7 miles, but there are 3 local restaurants all within a mile or so and a great coffee shop. The tiny house was the perfect size. The porch was wonderful. The view was incredible. It was super peaceful and quiet. NO INTERNET, which was frustrating, but it didn't kill me to do without for a week.

Awesome tiny home!

Awesome , clean tiny home for our stay in the Smoky Mountains. It was plenty of space for my family of 3. The views of the mountains from the tiny home sitting on the porch were very relaxing and peaceful. The loft area was plenty of space for my teenage daughter. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking a vacation to the Great Smoky Mountains of Tennessee.

Great place to stay

Check in was very easy. The gentleman in the main office was very helpful in giving us directions to all the local places that were not on the parkway. We are a family of four (children ages 11 and 15). It was big enough for us and was very clean. When the kids got to the second step from the top they did have to start crawling because there is no head room on that level. There was plenty of towels and was clothes in the bathroom. The locate to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Townsend is perfect. The pool is about 3 miles away and the wifi did not work which are the only two things that I can say was a disappointment but not a deal breaker. Differently be staying here again.

Tiny Cabin with Breathtaking View

The cabin was so very beautiful! It was clean and perfect for our family! We enjoyed everything about it! The gaming table was so much fun! We loved sitting on the covered porch in the rocking chairs and looking at the beautiful mountain side! We will definitely be back!

Awesome Tiny House!

This tiny house was perfect for our family of 4. The location in proximity to gatlinburg and pigeon forge was also perfect. The game table was also a hit with the kids. The fully stocked kitchen helped us save a little money by eating dinner at the house.

Tiny living was great !

We were able to get our family of six into this tiny home and had the best experience! It so clean , quiet , and the best little retreat after spending the days out and about around Gatlinburg! The pool and jacuzzi were no where to be found though :( but to be honest it didn’t even matter it was that enjoyable ! Oh and the family loved the game table in the living room !!

Had a great stay

The place was perfect! Clean, cozy and had everything you needed. Not too far away from town, yet tucked away. The location is clean and quiet! Dollar store right down the road. We would definitely stay again!
