There is no washing and dryer if you plan on staying long. You will have to find a laundry mat to wash and dry your clothes. There is no grill if you want to grill out. It takes a long time for the food to cook on the two burner stove and you can't buy much to put in the refrigerator. It's 30 minutes to town every day that you go.

The Cabin was nice and clean. The showers big, nice and hot. The owners dog would come to visit periodically, wish I knew his name.

The cabin we had rented had peopl already in it amd was locked up. The property manager was no help and told us to contact vrbo, it wasn't their problem. We had to drive 30 minute's back to town to get a last minute hotel. Seems almost like a scam. Do not recommend

Beautiful cabin

Really nice place. The only problem was that the sheets and towels smelled like smoke and the internet connection was not very good. Otherwise, super cute and a great stay.

Nice cabin

Good location. Quite neighborhood and not a bad drive to Gatlinburg. Cabin was clean. The only change i would make is to please replace the towels with new fresh ones. There were 4 and all were pretty rough and they smelled like they have been air dried in someone's kitchen after major cooking events. I would stay there again with my own towels next time :).

Host told us we couldn’t stay 2 HRS before check in

After multiple exchanges and confirmations through the chat, my husband and I had 2 hours left of our 8 hour drive, when we received a chat from the host saying she double booked the house and we couldn’t stay there. She refused to give a full refund and now we have to file a claim with Vrbo. Madonna has neither a sense of compassion nor customer service. Unacceptable behavior.

After booking, these are the first two messages that I received. (Copy and paste from Madonna’s response)Hi David I’m sorry but the price not right so cancel your order please. As I said because the price I can’t let you go in sorry so cancel please and fund anther place. I questioned why I had to cancel and then she said that I could stay that that message was not meant for me. We woke up to having zero water and I messaged Madonna at 7am about this issue. She responded 5 hours later saying the water issue was fixed. Check out was 11, so we had to get ready for our 8 hr trip without any water. Toilet flushed one time and that was before we knew that it wouldn’t flush again. I then asked several times if we would get any reimbursement for our inconvenience. It’s been over 8 hrs since I’ve asked, no response. I’ve messaged her several times over the past 8hrs and zero response. At least tell me no. Lol. Very dissatisfied. I probably would have lost my payment, had I not questioned her, when she told me to cancel in her first two messages.

Affordable, but just OK- needs upgrading

Inside is as pictured - location is fine. In a neighborhood so you definitely see other houses but the neighborhood itself is remote. It's true that there's no ventilation in the unit so it smelled musty/moldy (and turning on the A/C made it worse). The Wi-Fi reliability is low (we were often without service so DEFINITELY download any maps beforehand). The fire pit is fully rusted through which is a fire hazard; it needs to be replaced. Overall, the cleanliness was our biggest issue as there were crumbs on the counter from prior guests, very dusty baseboards, one of the pillows was completely brown and you could see the mold spots on it so much so that it made us sick. On the outside, there was leftover food, empty bottles and even vomit from a prior party that wasn't cleaned up. Host was responsive when we could communicate but given the Wifi issues we didn't really have the opportunity to ask for much. The one thing we asked for was batteries for the fire detector as they were clearly removed and host said they would bring them the next day but never did.

What a cute cabin!

Stayed here with my mom for a trip to Dollywood nearby. What a cute private place! Soo quiet and had everything we needed. There is even a small creek off the back deck so the trickling sound was definitely a plus for a quiet mountain get-away. Thanks for everything guys. ♡

Cabin in the woods

Long drive to pigeon forge or Gatlinburg, about 35 min. You are really up in the mountains. Suggestions for the host: supply a coffee pot, most people don’t drink instant coffee. There is no microwave, only one small round pot to cook in on the stove. 3 towels for 2 adults for 5 days is not sufficient. The bathroom electrical outlet did not work, unable to blow dry hair in bathroom. The place is cute. We left a day early, with no way to even fix bacon and eggs in the morning we were done. Look at the Amenities you listed and correct

What a great romantic cabin

Really in the woods , by a nice creek . All is brand new . You can smell the new wood smell. We had everything we needed - warm new clean shower , comfy bed , peaceful and clean place and a huge deck overlooking the forest and creek. We even got to feed the neighbor goats , chicken and duck . Really a perfect nature retreat .
