Top locatie, heerlijk huis
Heerlijke week in de mei vakantie doorgebracht in Sevilla, het Giralda huis is gesitueerd op een top locatie, het is van alle gemakken voorzien, five star rating is terecht. Klasse!

Great Stay!
Lovely house in the perfect location, could walk everywhere, being so central there is late night noise from the street and neighbours but I still would definitely recommend. Maria, the host was lovely.

great stay!
The apartment is great and in a great location. As others have noted, there are a lot of stairs to get to the top area where the kitchen is. The stairs going from there to the rooftop and to where the laundry machine is are extremely steep and may not be suitable for some people. In the bottom bedroom there was noise from the street at night and in the second bedroom there was noise from the neighbours (sounded like a tv). Overall though, great place to stay!

Great stay!
This property is not for anyone with knee problems, but since I'm not quite there yet... this was a great apartment! Great location, great interaction with the owners, and very clean. Just know it's one bedroom per floor (each with its own full bath!). Loved that there was a coffee shop right outside our door!

Location is the Best!!! in the historic area near all the Best sites, plazas, stores and eating/drinking stops. in addition-the location is on a small no traffic pedestrian street. so even though you're in the middle of great activity, the house is very quiet and peaceful. the house was meticulously maintained and equipped for all our needs. the house manager Maria takes great pride in the property. in addition Maria is super responsive to questions and concerns. you send her a text you hear right back! that was so important to us. we stayed 3 weeks with different couples visiting us and they were all impressed with the house the location and Maria. we visited other apartments/houses while we were there thinking about 2025 just to see what was out there-nothing compared to location house and Maria! a Trifecta!!!

Great location
The apartment is in a great location, literally next to the Cathedral, short 3 min walk to Alcázar and it is surrounded by many restaurants & shops. It’s an excellent place to be, especially for your first time in Sevilla. The pro’s - heart of Sevilla, next to many places to visit, the spaciousness of the apartment. Notes to consider - there are many tourist, it can be noisy, there are many narrow & steep stairs to navigate. There is 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom on each of the 3 floors, with the patio on the 4th. This allows guests to spread out between floors…but it also means 50 stair-steps from the ground floor to the kitchen & living room. This was fine for us, but if you have any physical limitations be aware. Our host Maria was very kind and offered excellent communication.

Our group of 5 had plenty of room and enjoyed the historic townhome in easy walking distance to sights and great restaurants. Good communication in advance from property manager . Note…the property has a lot marble stairs and access to laundry and rooftop is essentially a ladder.

Giralda house was very conveniently located literally a few minutes from the Cathedral. 3 level house with a rooftop terrace (although it was too hot that we did not get to enjoy). The host Maria was super nice and responsive, she gave all the information and details about the place. Our only regret is staying only one night, kids loved the place so much as well.

Calm spot in the heart of Sevilla
The host was very responsive to our communication and gave us a good recommendation. The Appartment was very clean and well equipped. Each bedroom and bathroom is on a different level, which gives privacy. However, there is a lot of stairs there, which may be a drawback for some guests. We parked our rental car in the public parking nearby (18,5€/ day). The Appartment is in the prime location, right in the city center close to all the landmarks and surrounded by the restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Fantastic location!
This apartment was in a wonderful location. There were so many restaurants and cafes around, not to mention the Cathedral, Alcazar, Setas, and more are in walking distance. We were in Sevilla during a heat wave (105+) and the air conditioning worked beautifully! Make sure you are ok with stairs—there are 35 up to the kitchen and living area. Maria was a wonderful hostess and gave us everything we needed!

Amazing Location
We had such a nice time staying in this home. It is in an amazing location in the heart of everything. However, it is very quiet and you would never know you were surrounded by so much activity. Sevilla is an amazing city, and even despite the extreme temperatures, we managed to have a really nice time! Maria is a great host and we highly recommend you’re staying in this apartment. Each of us had our own space, but also enjoyed gathering together in the main living room.

Absolutely Perfect
We have just had a fantastic long weekend in this house. The location is brilliant- we walked everywhere easily and were even able to pop back during the day when needed. Maria welcomed us when we arrived and gave us really helpful tips about where to go. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and more - including efficient air conditioning. I’d highly recommend it.

Beautiful and spacious house, ideal location!
This was a beautiful, spacious property! Rooms were large, beds were comfortable, and everything was immaculate. Huge bonus was a washer and dryer, and icing on the cake was the rooftop patio with a view of the cathedral tower. Location couldn't have been any closer to the Santa Semana action - we were 1 block from the cathedral and tons of restaurants and shops. Lastly, Maria was a fantastic host - she greeted us at the door, gave us a tour, had maps and guide books on Santa Semana (in English!) for us, and was readily available to answer our questions. I would highly recommend staying here and if I ever come back to Sevilla I would absolutely stay here again!

Great apartment in central Seville!
This is a terrific apartment in central Seville. Maria was so lovely and met us at check-in. Like other guests mentioned, she gave us lots of information about the city (restaurants, sights, etc). She was so nice! The apartment was great for our three older kids and two adults. It does have a bunch of stairs (basically one bedroom at every level) so it would be great for a family with older kids, or adults who don’t mind stairs.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Seville
We were a family of six adults staying in this great apartment. One of the things that made our stay exceptional was our host, Maria. She maintained communication with me prior to, throughout, and even after our stay (I left my AirPods and she mailed them to me!) Upon arrival, we were met by Maria who allowed us to leave our luggage until the apartment was finished being cleaned, and she gave us a tour of the place. Maria also provided restaurant recommendations and even an English speaking doctor in case of emergency. The apartment is three levels, with a bedroom and bathroom on each level. It is clean, the beds were comfortable, and offered an outdoor terrace on the roof. The only downside would be the need to climb steps, but it also offers some good exercise! The location of the apartment could not be better - within a block of Sevilla's cathedral and the Royal Palace, along with countless restaurants, bars, and shops. I really can't recommend this apartment more - it was fabulous and we would definitely stay if we returned to Sevilla.

Maria was a great host. Met us at 9:00 PM to brief us on the apartment and neighborhood. Apartment was very clean and well maintained. As others have mentioned, if you have problems with stairs, this is not the place for you. There is some street noise in the front bedrooms, but it quiets down around 23:00. The only ding I have, is the picture of La Giralda from the apartment's terrace must be an old one, since it doesn't show the nearby exhaust flu which has been installed and partially blocks the view.

The Perfect Sevilla House!
Wow! What a perfect house for us! This house is a lovely traditional Sevilla home. It is tall and narrow and absolutely lovely. We had three bedrooms, one of which is larger than the other two smaller bedrooms, along with a family room, kitchen, and upper deck. The house is located right near the Cathedral, so it was central to everything! We could walk anywhere in town within 20 minutes. And there was so much to do and see nearby. We had everything we needed to have an amazing vacation to Sevilla. Our host, Maria, was quick to respond to questions and just a wonderful host! She met us at the house when we got to Sevilla, and gave us the lay of the land along with recommendations on where to visit. I had not planned on loving Sevilla, but we will now definitely be back!

Perfect in Seville!
Great location and very comfortable with excellent amenities. Located just a block from the Giralda and a million excellent bars and restaurants and shopping, you can’t go wrong with this very accommodating flat. It even has a very nice rooftop terrace and full laundry capabilities for the long weary traveler needing to refresh their gear. (One note is that the multi floor layout won’t be user friendly for anyone challenged to do stairs) Maria was also very helpful and easy to communicate with! Overall, a great place and I would stay here again in a second!

Great location! Wonderful house to maximize time in Seville!
What a comfortable place! Loved the location, rooms, well stocked kitchen, A/C, water pressure, bathrooms, mirrors, outlets, etc. Really didn't need anything else to be perfectly happy! Restaurants and attractions everywhere within short waiting distance. Washer/dryer bonus, rooftop patio would be great with cooler weather. Be prepared for climb up to kitchen (3rd floor) an laundry (4th floor, steep stairs). Quiet for great sleep.

Wunderbare Unterkunft mitten in Sevilla
Die Wohnung liegt direkt bei der Kathedrale. Wunderbare Zimmer und eine tolle Dachterasse. Sehr gut eingerichtet, man vermisst nichts. Maria ist unkompliziert und kümmert sich sofort, wenn man sich bei ihr meldet.

Fantastic Location in the heart of the city.
Maria was a wonderful host and very responsive. House was well stiocked and the 3 bedroom 3 bath layout— each on a seperate floot—provides rare privacy in a traditional Sevillano home. Rooftop terrace with Giralda view was a bonus. All major sites are within easy walking distance— just be prepared for the stairs!

Perfect Place to Stay in Sevilla
After staying three nights in Sevilla I would suggest staying in the Santa Cruz area and this home was perfect. We were close to all of the attractions shopping, restaurants and bars. But because it is on a small alley it was also quiet at night, except for those church bells. Maria waited for us outside because it was not easy to find at first which was very considerate. The mattresses were the most comfortable I have ever slept on while away. And the shower had excellent water pressure and stayed hot. We loved this house and would stay again over and over. Thank you Maria

Maria’s casa is in a beautiful location and is a beautiful home. We were five cousIns from three countries/ two continents on a family reunion. The home enhanced our Spanish travels with the beautiful space, location, terrace. Maria is so helpful. If in Sevilla, I would strongly recommend this home.

This property was ideally located in the centre of the city near the Cathedral and within easy 5 minutes walk of the Santa Cruz and Alfalfa areas. Three decent size bedrooms set over three floors with a small living room and kitchen on the second floor. Note that the stairwell is quite steep, so would not suit individuals with mobility problems.

Amazing home in a perfect setting
We came to Seville for the Christmas holidays with our 4 children. We wanted to stay close to everything. This was the perfect place - lovely home with all the amenities we needed. We would definitely stay here again next time we return.

Fabulous location and a lovely house!
The property owner, Maria, was excellent to work with. She gave us lots of ideas of things to do in and around town. Seville is a beautiful city with many fine restaurants - several of which were just around the corner from the house. It was hot while we’re were there and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We’d highly recommend this property when visiting Seville.
