Charmigt hotell med bra läge
Vi bodde 2 nätter i juli i ett Dreamerrum på bottenvåningen intill innergården. Det var ok. Jättemysigt att sitta ute och äta frukost på morgonen. Tyckte dock inte att rummet var lika fint som bilderna på motsvarande rum på hotels.se och även hotellets egen hemsida. Vi har bott på ett Hospeshotell i Cordoba i motsvarande rumskategori som var avsevärt bättre. Terrassen på taket är fin men väldigt liten. Det här är inget hotell för "badsemester". Vi åt en lunch i hotellets restaurang och det var helt ok. Vi blev mycket inspirerade av staden och kommer definitivt att återkomma dit.

The Hotel was just perfect , from check in we were shown on a map the local area to visit , our room was beautiful with an amazing comfortable bed , We only had breakfast on the first day which was just perfect sittiing in the little court yard with orange trees . Staff were very friendly .We will definatly be back soon and thank you for mkingb our stay such a memorable one ,Andrew/Michelle

As I was ill- not the hotels fault! - I didn’t see much beyond a very comfortable room. The facilities looked great and the design is charming, excellent location and a good bed. But the temperature was hard to regulate and the room service poor for such a lovely hotel.

A lovely hotel full of character. Delightful staff who were very helpful. Comfy beds and quiet environment. Delicious food. The tasting menu was great. NOt sure that the flamenco performance that went with it was the best but certainly was a good introduction to Spanish culture on our first night.

We had a great stay at this lovely hotel and they were extremely helpful when I was unwell and needed a doctor so I am very grateful. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed the rooftop pool area briefly, although it is small, it has a bar service which is nice. Would prefer that others were not allowed to inflict their music choices on everyone else via Bluetooth speakers however. Sometimes you just want to lie in the sun and read a book!

An absolutely wonderful property. It was a respite in the hot summer months in Sevilla. The rooms are spacious and offer all the comforts you need in a modern life but with aesthetics that honor history. Breakfast is wonderful and has so many delicacies on offer. The service is even better than the food or the rooms. It is a wonderful and beautiful place - we cannot wait to go back.

The staff at the property are beyond amazing. We received several perks on arrival- a bottle of champagne and spa services. We do not drink and had a full itinerary that did not allow us any time to utilize the services, but we appreciated the gesture. The issue is the overall condition of the hotel which despite being beautiful, our room had a problem with ants. We had several insects bites from staying there 3 nights - I could not tell if it was from mosquitoes or from ants. We did find ants on our bed every day. Wish we could say that we would stay again but the next time we are in Seville, we will opt for another location.

Lovely hotel friendly staff .. good breakfast.. Roof terrace is small and pool tiny .. Can walk to all major sites in Seville but you will get lost coming back but that’s how you see all the lively back streets of Seville .. loved it .

Étape un peu décevante.
Bel accueil du personnel. Gentillesse,attention.Chambre et salle de bains spacieuses. Problème de fourmis dans la chambre. Aspect interieur de l hotel un peu vieillot pour un quatre étoiles. Le restaurant se veut gastronomique mais au final le résultat est plutôt décevant. Idem pour le petit déjeuner. Piscine ridiculement petite.

zu teuer, zu dunkel, teils sehr veraltet
Sehr netter Empfang, jedoch haben wir eine sehr alte Junior Suite (Nr 28) bekommen, was schon sehr frech ist für den Preis, den man zahlt. Auch alle Angestellten wussten, dass die Junior Suite nicht mehr up to date war. Nach Reklamation konnten wir am nächsten Tag eine andere (Nr 27) beziehen, die schön renoviert war, jedoch nur zwei kleine Fenster hatte, so war das Zimmer extrem dunkel. Zudem hatte es oben auf der Dachterrasse beim Pool zu wenige Liegen, die immer durchgehend besetzt waren, ob es jetzt 14 Uhr oder 17 Uhr oder 19 Uhr war. Wir konnten an keinem der 3 Tage einmal dort oben uns ausruhen. Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut, jedoch würde ich es trotzdem nicht empfehlen, da die Zimmer entweder sehr klein sind (normale Doppelzimmer), veraltet oder sehr sehr dunkel.
