Regarding this case that we are asked to answer, we want to clarify several points. The elevator is a small elevator, it says how many people and kilos can enter so that there is no problem. Some clients insist on packing all their suitcases and themselves without taking into account the preventive measures that are clearly explained. Therefore, on rare occasions the elevator can block due to excess weight. It simply stops and we reset it ourselves so that it works again. They did not spend 1 hour and a half in the elevator since if they notify the technical service, the technician is there in less than half an hour and, in addition, we are available through WhatsApp or phone call to come in less than 5 minutes, which is what we did at this time.The elevator is safe and we have no problem with it. We have been working with Expedia for many years and you can see that this is the first incident in this regard. If it were a recurring case, we understand that they could see in our profile that it had already happened several times and they would have had more customer complaints.
