“We couldn’t even get to it because of the rain. They told us that it was no problem getting there. We drove all different ways to get there and no luck. We called them up and they lied to us about roads being open. No refund. No I’m sorry. I’ll never book through you or stay at that place again. I can’t help the roads were closed and I and the other two couples deserve a full refund. Email me back and explain this to us please”

“Loved the size of the room. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and tub was great. The property was clean and designed nicely. Staff was courteous.”

“My room had an odd smell and had hair in the shower and floor. I am assuming that my room was next to the kitchen as I woke up startled at 5am due to loud noises coming from that area. ”

“The lady at the front desk was very pleasant when we arrived. We arrived for breakfast the next morning toward the end so the eggs were pretty dried out but the sausage and everything else was good. There were plenty of other options so we didn't feel the need to complain. Overall experience was very good and we would recommend it to anyone and would certainly stay again if ever the need arose.”

“As I checked in, Matt, at the desk, was incredibly helpful and friendly. We've stayed there before, and the room was clean, everything as expected. Had trouble getting on the internet the first night (no trouble our previous stay). The lady at the counter the next day told me about a code to use, and, no trouble after that. “One of the rooms we got reeked with smoke! Talked to the night manager and first he said he couldnt do anything. The answer we got was that some rooms smells like that and offered us an air freshener spray... Then after a while after some diskussions we got two single rooms for the night. The morning after we had to move again and wasnt allowed to keep the single rooms. ”

“We stayed at Bay Motel because we were attending a Green Bay Packers game, and we absolutely loved it. The atmosphere at the motel - especially in the restaurant - was fantastic. It felt very friendly, full of Packers fans, beautifully decorated, and the food was amazing. We ate there twice a day, and every meal was tasty! The reception staff were super nice and very helpful. Our room was cozy, although it was a bit too warm for us coming from Sweden. Opening the windows didn’t really help...
