Large charming mountain retreat for 12, close to ski resorts and lake with beach

WELCOME TO THE "GÎTE DES SILVES"!

The "Gîte des Silves" is a large stone house, full of charm, located on the outskirts of a small hamlet at an altitude of 1400 m, on the GR 6 crossing the Alpes de Haute Provence, 10 minutes from the ski slopes (3 resorts nearby: Montclar les deux Vallées and Chabanon, in total more than 100 km of slopes) and 15 minutes from the Serre-Ponçon lake (water activities, beaches and swimming). The house benefits from a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and a large private garden with two furnished terraces.

The house can accommodate up to 12 people and includes:

- 2 bedrooms with double bed 160x200cm;
- 2 bedrooms with two single beds 90x200 cm;
- a mezzanine-dormitory with 5 single beds;
- a bathroom (bath/shower) with 2 sinks;
- a second bathroom with large shower and 2 sinks;
- 2 separate toilets;
- a large fully equipped kitchen with induction cooker, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher,...
- a dining area with a very large table for 12 guests;
- a large living room with fireplace and television;
- an "old-fashioned" veranda with storage space;
- two terraces with panoramic views and a barbecue area.

The small medieval town of Seyne-les-Alpes, offering all amenities, is located 3 km away. The house is suitable for two families or a group of friends as well as for a smaller group. The rental price varies depending on the season and the number of occupants.

Rentals are possible all year round.

PRICES:

Prices are all inclusive.
In mid-season and high season, the house is rented BY THE WEEK, from Saturday to Saturday.
In low season, the house can also be rented for SHORT STAYS (minimum 2 nights).
