“The hotel has clean modern rooms and the interior decor is also modern. The lobby is large with modern restroom facilities also located here. The housekeeping staff are attentive and helpful. Breakfast buffet variety was fairly good, including fresh pancakes, eggs being made to order, there could be more non-veg options. Pastries did not taste fresh. We also...

“Bom! Mas tive que sair antes do checkout porque desligaram o ar condicionado do meu quarto e mesmo eu pedindo pra religar isso não foi feito. O checkout era ao meio-dia, mas tive que sair do quarto pra outro local por volta das 10:30 horas porque não aguentava o calor do quarto, mas precisava ficar deitada devido ao meu estado de saúde.”

“The hotel and room were very clean. The bed was soft and the room was really cute. The AC worked really well and the staff were quick to help with a couple requests. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!”

“Our stay at The Hotel Imperia was very comfortable. The staff were helpful and made us feel very comfortable and safe. We stayed in a suite which was spacious and idea if you are in a group, you can sit together. The property also had different banquet halls which can be booked for parties or meeting. It is situated in Model Town very hip and trend food establishments and bars. Buzzing with retail shops and eateries. We loved staying there. Will visit again for sure.”

“Convenient location. The staff very helpful and the amenities were good! Breakfast was very good as well as dinner and drinks .”

“The hotel is owned by new owners and they do not honour bookings through the website. It is a shady joint with spotty wifi. Having said that the staff were very nice and understanding and since I had no other option, i had to book it at much higher price that the one advertised. Dirty towels, dirty room, no toiletries provided etc. the hotel is only for couples who want privacy for an hour or two”
