âEtt standard hotell med hjĂ€lpsam personal. AnvĂ€nde service med valet parking mycket vĂ€rt och de gav god service. Rummen var rena med den dagliga stĂ€dningen varierade, ibland tömde de endast sopor. Ljust och frĂ€sch hotell gym med enkel utrustning som hantlar, löpband, cykel och cross-trainer.
Hotellet ligger mycket bra till för den som besöker university circle dÄ det Àr gÄngavstÄnd till allt. Flera restauranger finns i omrÄdet inklusive Little Itally. Med bil 5 min bort finns fler fina stÀlle...

âI was pretty unhappy with our stay. Our room wasnât very clean when we arrived nor was it cleaned at all during our stay. Front desk staff were on their phones causing folks to wait at the desk. Itâs not what I expected at all especially for a place that carries the Hilton name. It is pretty for a wedding venue but rooms that we signed up for were unevenly matched. No seating area in the room except one desk chair and the bed. Our bathroom door was locked and so we were unable to close it all...

âThe area around the hotel felt safe. little Italy is about a half mile away, plenty of restaurants there. Museums and a park is within walking distance.
We stayed in a Suite on the third floor. It was very quiet, no noise from the street or other hotel guests. Eating breakfast in the sunroom was nice.â

âThe staff at this property was attentive and nice. The property left a lot to be desired. When reading the reviews prior to booking it seemed like the property was renovated, but that was not the case for us. We were put on the third floor adjacent to the Cleveland Clinic Sleep Clinic. Had I known I was paying to essentially to stay at a hospital I would not have booked. The room looked like it had not been renovated in at least 20 years. Dated, with ripped wallpaper and rugs, dirt on the doors...
