“Simply great. Mr. Wu made us feel very welcome. Hotel very high standard with a good (Chinese) breakfast. Neighbourhood offered very good restaurants and snacks. Walking distance to restaurants and genuine Chinese neighbourhood away from Shanghai stressful environment. For us who has seen Shanghai appreciate closeness to Pudong airport and the peace that the neighbourhood offered on a 4 nights visit to Shanghai area. ”

“スタッフ対応も丁寧で良かったです”

“Beautiful property and great staff located in a nice and quiet part of Shanghai”

“The hotel is in a great and safe area. The staff were more than helpful, Cecilia was one of the front desk staff that understood and spoke English without having to use a translator. Noashebell that hotel shuttle bus driver was friendly and helpful. Menu Ran Li went out her way to make sure our stay was exciting and comfortable. All the others played a role but those are a few names I got. The maids cleaned everyday with or without us in the room. Clean towels everyday, toothbrush, toothpaste,...

“호수 중간에 있어 경치는 좋음, 다만 편의시설(슈퍼마켓, 쇼핑센타) 이용시 택시를 타고 다녀야 함”

“Spacious rooms, clean amenities and located near the airport!”

“タクシーで行かないといけないホテルですが、とても素晴らしいホテルでした。 周りにお店があれば、夜着いても買いに行けるかなと？ でも入り口からロビーまで遠いので、ロビーにお店があると良いですね”

“The curtains and the carpets were dirty! The room smelled like a wet dog. It's located in the middle of nowhere and the local taxi companies could not locate this location. They do not the main line after calling them to verify their address or ask follow up questions. They advertise it as a resort but it is not one at all. The elevator doesn't work as advertised. They are not bilingual and refuse to use translation apps. The staff is rude and their attitude is nasty! Pack a portable iron...

“It was very nice hotel.staff were helpful and friendly. Transport available to and from hotel.breakfast eas great.”

“Svarade inte upp mot förväntningarna- aldrig mer..”

“Rummen rena. Men hotellet behöver fräschas upp. Fitness-Room läckte vatten från taket. Bottenvåningen läcker vatten från taket. Poolen smutsig och rengjordes inte under våra tre dagar på hotellet. Vissa delar av hotellet var under konstruktion. Personalen var snälla och gjorde så gott de kunde. Men mycket lite engelska och knappt man förstod. Dyrt att handla på hotellet.”

“Staff was very helpful and friendly. Close to the wild animal zoo and Disney. They also offer to shuttle you there. Not too close to stores but can always order takeout.”

“They advertise as Airport hotel, but hotel is 28km from airport. They dont have shuttle bus to airport as advertised. Hotelscom price is 450 yuan, but walking rate only 350. ”
