“Hotel is good, pleasing building and rooms. Location is good, with shops, restaurants & cafes available nearby. Driving to the hotel is a little complicated even with maps due to narrow roads around. Rooms, linen & toilets are clean. Room has a standing fan and heater. Hot water available all day. There is no lift/elevator and have to climb stairs each time which is quite tedious in this altitude. Carrying luggage is next to impossible by us but staff will do it. Free Parking is available...

“The hotels itself had a warm welcoming environment. It had a garden with rose species, and other flowers at the rear. It even a vegetable garden we enjoyed looking at. The rooms were spacious. “We almost missed our flight that morning. The hotel staff and manager are dishonest. they booked us a taxi to the airport early in the morning but when we stepped out to look for our taxi, we noticed another hotel guest getting in. They passed on our booking to someone else for more money. Didn't care if we made it to the airport. They will do anything for extra money. Not ethical, not trustworthy. I give this hotel a thumbs down.”

“All in all a 3/5 star experience. Here is why: The Location was nice,but no better or worse than any other in the area. The facility was clean and spacious and the balcony view was very nice! “The location of the property is great, a short walk up the road to the main market area and old town, but the room was cold and damp and smelled very damp. The room was never cleaned during the entire week stay and there was no heating in the room. The was not enough toilet paper or towels. The room was also not clean on arrival and stayed that way as they never cleaned the room at all. Also many of the power sockets and light switches didn’t work. ”
