Escape to your own private retreat in Nabq, one of Sharm El Sheikh’s most convenient and popular coastal areas. Set inside the secure Sea Beach Edge Resort, this spacious villa offers the privacy of a standalone home with the added benefit of resort surroundings, landscaped gardens, nearby shops, restaurants, and resident beach access.

The villa has its own private pool, WiFi, outdoor seating area, sun loungers, and garden space, creating a calm and comfortable setting for families, friends, or longer stays. Guests are provided with beach access cards for the residents’ beach area, allowing you to enjoy the Red Sea just a short walk from the villa.

Inside, the villa is bright, comfortable, and designed for easy self-catering stays. There are four bedrooms, plenty of living space, and a dining area for up to eight guests. The master bedroom includes a TV with WiFi connection and an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub. Upstairs, there is a full marble bathroom, and on the ground floor there is an additional guest toilet with sink.

The open-plan living and dining area is ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach, enjoying dinner together, or simply cooling off indoors. Fast internet is available through a portable WiFi router, and the villa includes satellite TV, water, electricity, a washing machine, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, and the essentials needed for a comfortable stay.

Outside, the private pool and lounge area are the heart of the villa. Start the morning with coffee by the water, spend the afternoon sunbathing, or enjoy a peaceful evening surrounded by trees and gardens. The space offers privacy and comfort while still being close to the resort, beach, and local amenities.

Check-in is simple and flexible. Late arrivals are no problem thanks to the key box, and your details will be shared with resort security in advance for smooth entry through the gate. The property manager and I are available during your stay, and resort maintenance and cleaning staff are nearby until later in the evening for added peace of mind. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible when arranged in advance.

The villa is self-catering, but extra housekeeping and laundry services can be arranged with the villa manager for an additional fee.

Nabq is a great area for an easy holiday. There is a supermarket and pharmacy directly at the resort security gate, perfect for everyday essentials. Across the road, you’ll find a larger supermarket with fresh fruit, local drinks, ATMs, currency exchange, phone cards, and Fares, one of Sharm’s most famous seafood restaurants. Il Vizietto, a popular Italian restaurant known for wood-fired pizza, is around a 10-minute walk away and also offers delivery.

La Strada Mall is approximately 1 km from the resort and has a variety of cafés, restaurants, shops, and dining options, including Lebanese and Asian food, as well as the well-known German Bakery for fresh bread and pastries. A large Metro supermarket nearby can also arrange grocery delivery.

Getting around Sharm is straightforward. Taxis are available 24/7 outside the resort, and affordable minibuses run throughout the day to many areas of the city. Uber does not currently operate in Sharm El Sheikh. Approximate travel times are 15 minutes to the airport, 15 minutes to Soho Square, 20 minutes to Naama Bay, and around 30 minutes to Hadaba and the Old Market.

The residents’ beach area is less than a 10-minute walk from the villa and is located on the far-right side of the hotel beach area.

Guest access

Guests have private use of the villa, garden, outdoor lounge area, and private pool.

Beach cards will be provided by the villa manager for access to the residents’ section of the resort beach. Please note that villa guests receive beach cards only, not hotel wristbands. Hotel facilities such as the buffet, aqua park, gym, spa, childcare, and certain beach facilities may require separate payment directly at the hotel.

Guideline hotel facility prices, subject to change by the hotel:

Full-day hotel use, including food, drinks, and aqua park, is usually around 45 USD per person from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The hotel childcare facility with activities and meals is usually around 40 USD per child from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Longer childcare hours may be available; please ask for current rates.

Buffet dinner usually starts at 7 p.m. and is around 15 USD per person, paid directly at the hotel cashier.

Access to the long pier may require an additional fee of around 10 USD.

The gym is operated privately and may cost around 10–20 USD.

Spa treatments and massages can be booked at the hotel spa, and the villa manager can help with available packages.

Excursions, watersports, diving trips, and private drivers can be arranged through providers along the beach and nearby hotels.

For airport arrival, taxis are available 24/7 outside the airport. The journey to Sea Beach Edge Resort in Nabq usually takes around 15 minutes and costs approximately 10 USD, although prices can vary. Airport security checks can sometimes cause delays.

The villa roof and the large gate at the end of the garden are locked and not accessible to guests.

All guests must provide ID at the resort security gate on arrival.

The resort has 24/7 security, and access to the villa area is controlled at all times.

Local resort rules apply. Egyptian or Arab couples may be required to provide marriage documentation to enter the resort and accommodation. Please check before booking if this applies to your stay.

Villa staff may only enter for cleaning or maintenance when a guest is present to supervise.

The beach card gives access to the residents’ beach area and beachfront promenade, where you’ll find restaurants, cafés, diving shops, mini-markets, and pleasant areas for an evening walk. Beach access does not include a hotel wristband or free use of all hotel facilities.

Mosquitoes can be common in Sharm El Sheikh, even though the resort carries out spraying. Guests are advised to bring mosquito repellent or purchase some from the nearby pharmacy.

Sharm El Sheikh is generally considered a safe and welcoming destination. Nabq National Park is also nearby and well worth visiting; a passport may be required for entry.
