“I had a very bad experience here. The tv in my room was not working so I called up the receptionist in the afternoon, and when I came back at night I called them up again and they said there was no technician available. When I asked for the managers number they said he will call me back but I haven’t received any call as of now. Very poor and disappointing customer service, wouldn’t recommend any one to stay here.”

“After 9 years of traveling to Seattle from Pasadena, I have finally happened upon the most peaceful and convenient place to spend the night. The pool is surrounded by pine trees. No neighbor noise at all. Yet, it's right off the 5. It's only 7 rooms, lodge-like, separated into a group of 3 and 4.
