Welcome to your cozy mountain retreat in the heart of Meadowridge, a peaceful and upscale neighborhood just minutes from Shaver Lake. This spacious home is thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and entertainment, offering two levels of comfort and style.



Inside, you’ll find:



🛋️ A Comfortable Living Area – Sink into plush seating in the main living room, surrounded by large windows that let in natural light and forest views. A gas fireplace adds a touch of warmth on chilly evenings.



Game Room Fun – Head downstairs to the game room, complete with a pool table and plenty of space to hang out, making it the perfect spot for rainy days or family game nights.



Master Bedroom Retreat – The master suite is a true haven, featuring a private gas fireplace, ample storage, and peaceful views—ideal for slow mornings or quiet nights in.



Fully Equipped Kitchen – Whether you're cooking a big breakfast or prepping snacks for the trail, the kitchen has everything you need: full-size appliances, cookware, dishes, and a convenient layout that makes it easy to gather and cook together.



Outdoor Living – Step out onto the private deck and take in the fresh mountain air. There’s a gas fire pit for nighttime s’mores and stargazing, plus plenty of seating for outdoor dining or morning coffee.

The Neighborhood:

Nestled just minutes from the shores of Shaver Lake, the AppleRidge and MeadowRidge subdivisions offer serene mountain living framed by mature pine and dogwood trees. These elevated, forested enclaves provide both privacy and scenic beauty, often backing up to meadows, seasonal creeks, and undeveloped woodlands spanning hundreds of acres.

What We Provide

We provide the following starter supplies with each stay:

1 bath towel per registered guest

1 hand towel per bathroom (additional hand towels in master bathrooms)

Washcloths

Bed linens

2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

Hand soap

1 roll of paper towels

Dish soap

1 sponge

A few trash bags

A few laundry detergent pods (if the home has a washer/dryer)

Please keep in mind that these are starter supplies and are not intended to last for the entire stay. If you are staying several nights or have a larger group, you may need to purchase additional toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.

We recommend bringing any additional supplies you feel your group may need during your stay.

Parking: Free parking for up to 4 vehicles (2 in garage, 2 in driveway)

BBQ Grill Policy:

The BBQ grill & fire pit is available for guest use; however, propane is not provided or guaranteed. Propane tanks can be filled locally at Shaver Lake Hardware. No refunds or discounts will be issued due to lack of propane.
