This unique suite is a perfect home base while you explore everything Shaver Lake has to offer! The property will feel just the right amount of secluded, yet your still walking distance from all of the shops, restaurants, and activities in the area. This suite is equipped with a queen size bed, living room, and kitchen. We have recently had some renovations done to feature new granite countertops, flooring, fresh paint, and a beautiful walk in shower.

I like to give my guests their privacy during their stay and let them enjoy themselves. However, I am always available for any questions or recommendations!

While the Bear Cave feels just the right amount of secluded, you’re still walking distance from all of our favorite shops and restaurants. The lake is approx. 1 mile down the road, so it’s a very short drive. You can also take a hiking trail located right across the street from the property that will lead you to the lake, or the museum where you can learn all about the history that makes Shaver Lake what it is today!
If you’re visiting in the winter months, China peak Ski Resort is about 25-minute drive from the property where you can go skiing/snowboarding. There is also a couple of snow parks where you and your family can go sledding.

The unit provides a well-equipped kitchen that’ll have all the basic cooking supplies and dishes you may need during your stay. The dining area has a booth and dining table that will comfortably seat two.

As you walk into the bedroom, you’ll notice a very unique design featuring a Queen size bed, two side lamps, and a giant granite rock coming out of the side of the wall!

The full-size living room is equipped with a new leather couch, coffee table, and a flat screen that has a Roku device connected so you can stream your favorite movies and TV shows during your stay!

The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and a shelf for your bathroom supplies. We will provide you with towels and soaps during your stay.

In an effort to accommodate our travelers who love to bring their pets, we have made this suite dog friendly. Please read our pet policy prior to booking and let your host know about any pets prior to your stay.

The shared outdoor amenities are just as spectacular! There are two separate firepit areas that offer a bar top, charcoal BBQs, and plenty of chairs for your friends and family to sprawl out and enjoy the fresh mountain air. There is also a large deck that can serve as an outdoor dining area that has a picnic table and another charcoal BBQ.

Head East on Hwy 168 until you reach the town of Shaver Lake. After you pass the Hungry Hut, you'll make a left turn on Warbler Rd. and follow the road to the left onto Digger Ln. You'll see a big Green building on your left.

This building is a 4-plex, meaning it provides four separate rentals each with its own private entrance. The only shared space will be outside the building where the firepits and picnic table is located. It provides a great opportunity to meet other travelers in the area!
