“Upon arrival I was checking in the person working proceeded to act very discussed when I brought to her attention we have service dogs 2 of them I also have all the proper paperwork she was very rude after that Then my husband went to see if the sell ice and rudely told him he would have to go to town but failed to share there was a near by convenience store so we had warm beverages I hope something is done to educate this women on how customer service works for both parties ”
“The cleanliness of the room was amazing especially coming off a 7 day camping trip. We always get a hotel the night before leaving out and the last 2 years we have booked with Alpine...WE WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM!!! There are a couple places to eat within a reasonable walking distance but none of the "in town" traffic and noise. ”

Luckily, we stumbled upon opulent yet down home comfortable Keyah tucked outside the scenic mountain town of Pagosa. There was a mixup when we made the reservation thru Hotel.com, and she was extremely helpful and did an excellent job and made sure we had a place to spend the night.
