Easy check in, clean hotel. The room is small but that was perfectly suited for a single person travelling for work. The breakfast was better than previous reviews have mentioned, they have a good selection of bread, pastry, cereals, fruits and cold meats, with a freshly ground beans coffee machine. They might not do fried up breakfast but that allows them to start the breakfast at 6:30am, which is much appreciated when travelling for work. They also have a microwave you can use during the day

It is very basic so i wouldn't want to pay the premium rates they sometimes charge. However if you get it for a good rate it's fine. Be aware no kettle in room, and shower, toilet and wash basin are all separate. Staff were excellent 👌 very friendly and helpful!

This is really budget. No tea or coffee making in the room so you have to go buy a token from reception and use the machine there. Who wants to do that in their PJs for a morning cuppa. Rooms are basic and if there wasn't a door on the toilet youd compare it with a prison cell. There are no decent places to eat nearby apart from a couple of fast food chains, and hotels menu is very limited ( to 2 items). We searched locally for ages. We drove out to find food and when we returned the car park that wed paid £7 for was full, so clearly they just want to take your money rather than ensure there are spaces Will certainly not go to this brand again

Budget is definitely what you get! The staff, the secure parking, the front of house facilities and the breakfast…all great. The most important hotel facilities however, the bedrooms are poor to say the least. Starting with the mattress…thin (10cm) and uncomfortable..adding back ache to your tired body. The tv…small (24”) and unwatchable heavily pixelated BBC and ITV channels. Open plan bathroom giving no privacy to sharing colleagues. No kettle!! The only upside…great aircon

Visit for grandaughters birthday
The hotel says budget but thats in price and name only. I stay at alot of budget hotels for work but this one was with family and really stood out. Where to start. The team were fantastic from the first phone call re arrival to checking out... didn't get names but the man on reception couldn't be more engaging with guests, made it so welcoming. The rooms were spotless as was the rest of the hotel. Stayed two nights and first night grandaughter got mud on quilt, just a little bit, the bed was fully changed the next morning. Thank you.

It's ok for a nights sleep but the beds aren't particularly comfortable, the floors are sticky and the breakfast seemed like it was the breaktfrom the day before

Completely understand this is a budget hotel, which we knew we were going to however I found this hotel to be poor and NOT 3*, 2 at best. We stayed for the location to the arena for an event however staying with a 2 year old and my mum in her 60’s I wouldn’t recommend. Room says double bed and single bed, ALL of the single beds are above the double bed like a bunk bed. Not suitable for a 2 year old and not space in the room for a toddler bed so 3 in the bed it was for us! This hotel is super basic, and rooms are hostel vibes. wouldn’t recommend or stay again.

Sheffield Overnight
Stayed there whilst going to the Utilita Arena. Only a 2 minute walk away. We booked it months ago so got a good price. It was exactly as we expected. Basic, but very clean and the staff were excellent. Would recommend especially for a stop over.

Fantastic location for an event at the Utilita Arena. Clean, quiet, onsite parking, cheap & 24hr reception. Couldn’t have wanted more!
