Sink in kitchen was broken Bathtub and sink in bathroom did not drain- very off putting Heat in apartment too hot and unclear how to regulate- window only opens a little TV instructions would’ve been helpful as it was not clear how to set this up Bathroom could’ve been cleaner Should really not charge for parking as it comes as part of the building- very cheeky Good location Lots of eateries nearby

The flat is clean and spacious.location is good, lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, but a little bit noisy at the night time. It has everything I need, it would be better if the shower head is bigger.

The apartment was fantastic and exceeded expectations, the area around the building is party central on a Friday and Saturday night but the apartment has good double glazing and soundproofing and will not stop me booking in the future

Great place to stay. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Our apartment was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a no problems stay. Communication with Kspace staff was excellent. Will be returning.

Great location. All amenities on the doorstep. Free upgrade to bigger apartment😊👍. Please make it more clear on Hotels.com website that parking is available on site for £9 per day. We paid significantly more as we didn’t think it was available.

This apartment was in a great location for us. It was very well stocked and had all the amenities that we needed. A few areas that could have been improved - cleanliness, especially, the skirting boards in the kitchen ( we had an infant learning to crawl and probably noticed this more than what we normally would) and the bed in the smaller bedroom dipped in the middle and so my husband and daughter always bumped in the middle overnight, thus, quality of sleep was not great for them. Apart from that, the other beds were wonderful and the place was comfortable and there was a bath plug (which I have come to discover, is a rare commodity when booking serviced apartments!)

Really impressed with the apartment. There were 6 of us staying and it didn't feel small. The location was great and within walking distance of most of the city

Terrific apartment.
Easy check in procedure with a helpful member of staff.. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. Location is great. Thankfully my apartment wasn't directly onto the busy street, so was a little quieter than others may be.

Nice apartment in a great location
A nice apartment as advertised in a perfect location. Even if you don’t prebook parking there is plenty around (but not free). There was a strange smell (I think it was probably the cleaning products) although not too strong and a lot of the dishes were sticky, but overall we had a good stay.

Great space in Central location.
Great space . Quiet and very comfortable. Just a couple of things could have made it perfect. I could have used instructions for thermostat and TV / consoles. A variety of teas and real coffee would have been appreciated. I understand why no bath plug but I would have liked the option. Info that was provided was thorough and very clear. Curtains needed fixing. Check in went very smoothly. Thank you.

Amazing apartment, central and clean
We booked a two bed apartment, we were two female adults. I was there for business and my mum stayed also on her own during the day. It's important to ring up to an hour before so someone can meet you. Upon arrival we were greeted in a friendly manner and taken to out apartment. Upon entering it was immaculate, huge and decor pleasing to the eye. We had a bathroom room each, two balconies and open kitchen and living area. Every essential utility in kitchen provided with tea, coffee and milk also. Virgin channels on TV, but not movies or sport. Location was great, close to tram station (blue and yellow line), 5 minute walk and bus stops, 1 minute. Many cheap fast foods, restaurants and bars closeby. Being so central I was worried for noise but windows had good sound proof. I would definitely book and stay again. Already looking for a family break in a another city to use a k space apartment.

Perfect location for a great visit to Sheffield
Centrally located, perfectly equipped apartment. Friendly and easy check-in experience, a high quality apartment, well appointed, fantastically clean, super comfy bed, like a 4* hotel but with the ease of an apartment. would highly recommend this for visiting Sheffield. Perfect for all central locations, right near University and city centre. everything in walking distance. Car parking available. couldn't fault this, will definitely use again
