Welcome to your front row seat on the water. This cozy waterfront cottage offers million dollar views and everything you need for a relaxing getaway.
Step out onto the large deck and soak in sweeping water vistas, enjoy your morning coffee, or fire up the barbeque for sunset dinners. With direct boat launch access, a private dock, and two kayaks included, getting out on the water is effortless. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit and look up at the stars for a perfectly cozy night.

The space
The cottage is perfect for couples, or families with small children. It has one very comfortable queen size bed, and comes with a soft pullout corner couch that can sleep two pre-teen children.

Guest access
Guests are free to use the entire one acre of property. There is also 270 feet of water frontage that can be used to relax with a lakeside fire.

Other things to note
The boat launch provides access to the entire Grand Lake and St. John River water systems.
One of New Brunswick's premier mountain bike trail systems, Mountain Bike Minto, is a 25 minute drive away.

*Please note that the toilet is a Cinderella Incinerator meaning it burns the waste. Its completely clean and the residue leaves no scent whatsoever, only black ashes. Instructions are provided but it's simple to use and cleaning is done by my cleaner.
