âWhen I arrived I got upgraded, thanks! From this point it all is terrible.
Was a big private party under my room in the resturant.
Roomservice took 60+ mins and 5+ calls.
Very confusing and people misunderstand everything all the time.â

âThe hotel services in general was adorable & amazing, the staff were great and very friendly with smiling faces, I loved the atmosphere in the hotel, food was great too, absolutely amazing

âOur stay was perfect!
The hotel made us feel comfortable all the time. Whenever we asked for something they would help is right away with a smile. The workers were polite and helpful.
Other things I really liked about the hotel:
Our room was spacious and clean.
Our bed was really comfortable.
The pool was nice and had a great side.
I only have good things to say about my stay and recommend everyone to stay here. â

A true gem in the hospitality industry â and at a very reasonable price.
A special mention goes to Moses, the gentleman from Ghana who checked us in. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. The management should truly value him â he is one of the best brand ambassadors a hotel could hope for.
