âOur visit to the Sanna did not start well, there was a snafu with our reservation, resulting in us being moved to their eco lodge on arrival. The staff was very gracious in trying to make up for this, and the owner personally came to right this. The hotel is beautiful, i fully recommend upgrading the suite.
