"Väldigt fin hotel dock stora problem med hissarna då det tog en evighet att kunna åka upp eller ner. Pollområdet är ganska litet så dte var fullt varje dag. Övrigt helt utmärkt utsikt, god frukost och väldigt rent."

"Stort välstädat rum, fint badrum. Personalen är jättetrevlig och väldigt hjälpsam, vi kände oss välkomna och hemma direkt. Mysigt poolområde med utsikt över Burj Khalifa. Ja det byggs bredvid, men det byggs överallt i Dubai. Väldigt god frukost med stort utbud av många olika goda saker. Rekommenderar verkligen det här hotellet."

"The hotel staff made the stay memorable, mostly with a fantastic room with a Burj Khalifa view and a generally high quality. The hotel is in good shape, but feels overdue for a touchup as many parts feel a bit dates while still in good condition."

"Good location in the Citycenter. Walking distance to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, and close to a metro station. Our room was spacious and nice, though there were not much room for your personal stuff in the bathroom The pool area was nice. Famous being the tallest hotel in the world, so everyone needed the lift. That was the big issue. You had to wait for the lift for so long, when the lift arrived it was crowded and we had to wait for the next one. We stayed at the 45th store out of 72. We heard a person being so tired of it so he took the stairs all way down. At 10 o’clock in the morning we waited 30 minutes until we managed get down. So this is the big issue for this nice hotel."
