"Good location in the Citycenter. Walking distance to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, and close to a metro station.
Our room was spacious and nice, though there were not much room for your personal stuff in the bathroom The pool area was nice.
Famous being the tallest hotel in the world, so everyone needed the lift. That was the big issue. You had to wait for the lift for so long, when the lift arrived it was crowded and we had to wait for the next one. We stayed at the 45th store out of 72. We heard a person being so tired of it so he took the stairs all way down. At 10 o’clock in the morning we waited 30 minutes until we managed get down.
So this is the big issue for this nice hotel."
