“Single room for 1 night, a bit cosy but the price was unbeatable. Quiet, clean, comfy bed, good shower amenities, easy parking, polite staff, good wifi.
Only improvement I can suggest is to put a darker curtain as quite a bit of light goes through during summer.”
“Lovely food, great service. Room was clean, thankfully had a fan in the room as it was such a hot day/night. Very quiet in the respect of pub noise, couldn't be heard. Unfortunately there is a very noisy extractor fan, but that did get turned off at around 10.30. But it was back on at 6.30 this morning. Breakfast was really nice. Little water bottles in the room nice touch, but cold ones would be better. Perfect poached eggs.”

“We stayed for an event at UEA and the location was perfect for this. Setting was beautiful in a small village with a river running through -great for an evening stroll. Our bedroom was very very close to the road which becomes a commuter cut through in the mornings. This did lead to some unwelcome traffic noise from around 530am. ”

Don't get me wrong, the location, and Caistor Hall itself are both great, but the service we received made this an exceptional experience.
We felt right at home, it's posh but without airs & graces, perfect.
Michelle was just lovely, so friendly and helpful, knew the property, it's history, and spoke very highly of the owners (important that the leadership of a place like Caistor Hall is right).

We were really impressed with the size of the swimming pool and the fact that there was a separate section for lane swimming.
