“Everyone was polite and helpful. Room was clean. Good breakfast and coffee in the morning to get the day started.”

“This property is conveniently located close to the casino but it definitely needs an update. Our room was clean except for the dirty grout in the bathroom. The shower curtain brackets were broken, the was a stain on the wallpaper that looked like blood splatter and there was a hole in the wall that someone just put a Styrofoam cup in it to cover it up. The breakfast was standard for a hotel, nothing special and no milk alternatives.”

“Great place to stay. Not at all fancy. Older building that has been upgraded. Could be just a little bit cleaner. That's why I didn't rate as excellent. I need to visit the area several times and will stay here again.”

“Very nice with adjacent winery!”

“En fantastisk upplevelse, värdparets berättelse om huset och den underbara frukosten, och de charmiga rummen. Återkommer mer än gärna.”

“We arrived at 2 PM but check-in wasn't until 4 PM. After a short wait, we were given a room and the $40 early check-in fee was waived. Thanks for that. They also have a very quick convenient shuttle to the casino and event center which we used to see a show. No problems and just a short wait for the return trip.”

“Super nice room, very clean and looked recently renovated. Bed a little hard for my taste, otherwise I would have give it full score since the price was really good also.”

“Nice”

“Modern and well maintained facility. Clean Door a little bit unsafe with light coming in around door. Ok breakfast included”

“The temperature in the room was set up at 73° and the thermostat was locked. The attendant did not want to unlock it, and I had to demand the owner of the property to be called at which time the key for the box was found, and I was allowed to adjust the temperature in the room.”

“Bodde här en natt för att besöka Harpers Ferry. Äldre motell av enklare slag och mycket slitet. Personalen var mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående vilket vägde upp betydligt. Trevlig restaurang rakt över gatan.”

“We have stayed here before. Unsure why it would be called luxury. We do like coming. Breakfast is nice, not $60 though. The first course of breakfast is usually dry, left out too long and should not be included at all. Our tubs drain was unattached, and the sinks had no stoppers at all. A concern for my diamond ring. The property also canceled our dinner reservation3 days previous. Many light bulbs were out in our room. The vents and shower were in need of spring cleaning.”
