âWe had a lovely stay and enjoyed the cottage! Heather responded quickly to messages. I do feel like there could be some areas of improvement with cleaning as all the picture ledges, lamp shades and some of the walls have layers of dust and Iâm not sure if the place was swept or vacuumed before we came. I understand itâs in the middle of the woods but the amount of living and dead stink bugs was astonishing!! Not sure if pest control could help that out since one fell on me on the couch oh and...

âRoom was clean, check in was easy. Rooms are NOT soundproof as advertised. Woke up to arguing/hollering in the stairway at least three times the first night. Once it was so loud and heated I got out of bed to get my phone in case we needed to call 911. Homelessness is a HUGE UNADVERTISED issue downtown. Many homeless people sleeping in the doorway to the hotel as well as along the mall camping out with shopping carts, etc. One man decided to start screaming vulgar names at us while my husband...
