“Nice room. We had booked a mountain view and balcony which would have been excellent had the weather not been cold and misty (but the hotel cannot control the weather!). The view was of Mt Rushmore and we did get a glimpse of a profile of one of the Presidents.
We had dinner at the Bar and really enjoyed the Chicken Club Sandwich and Pulled Pork Sandwich.”
“My favorite places to stay in the Southern/Central Hills. The cabins are cozy, quiet, and always clean. This time I brought my side by side, and parked my trailer down below. Never worried about its safety. ”

Breakfast offerings were the usual fare offered at most hotels. Food was okay. Coffee wasn’t the best but I think it was the type of dispenser they use.
WIFI was inconsistent and kept dropping.
Otherwise, it was great and we would stay again.”
“It was great! The only improvement I would suggest is having a dresser under as the TV table. Drawers to put clothes in would have allowed us to put our suitcases out of the way. Other than that, it was perfect!”

Recently aquired by the owners in the spring of last year, there have already been improvements to the grounds with new flower beds and landscaping. Clean, private and safe environment! Very pleasant visiting with the hosts. We highly recommend and we can't wait to stay there again!”
“This place was so unique and beautiful! My son loved the playground he wouldn’t leave it. It’s comfy and cozy! Has a wholesome family feel to it:), just absolutely love it! ❤️ we would absolutely stay here again! And I recommend to anyone with children who want and outdoor experience with a cabin, and a nice little quiet area! It’s organized, friendly, and clean! I think it’s a perfect stay for anyone. ”
